Trilateral Commission

Trilateral Commission
Thomas Allen

[Editors note: Footnotes in the original are omitted.]

In 1973, David Rockefeller, chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations, founded the Trilateral Commission after Zbigniew Brzezinski approached him with the idea. Its purpose is to resolve economic and political issues facing the United States, Western Europe, and Japan and to facilitate their economic and political union. Secular humanism is its guiding philosophy. It serves as a more public venue to distract public attention from the nefarious work of the Council on Foreign Relations.

The Trilateral Commission limits its membership to about 300 and does not allow governmental officials to be members. Its members come from North America, Europe, and Japan. (Almost every major Japanese corporation is represented on the Trilateral Commission.) Most of the French members are also members of the Grand Orient of France.

Its funding comes from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation and nearly 40 major corporations doing significant business with Russia. Brzezinski, an agent of David Rockefeller, wrote the Commission’s charter and became the first director of the Trilateral Commission.

Its ultimate goal is to change the United States and Western Europe sufficiently so that they can be comfortably merged with Russia into the New World Order with a single global state. (The dismantling of the Soviet Union is part of the plan merger.) It seeks to abolish national sovereignty and establish a global taxation system. To achieve this goal, it promoted economic interdependence among the superpowers. It keeps countries in line by creating, or threatening to create, economic and political instability with debt, i.e., it uses debt “to strangle a rebellious nation into submission.” Also, it uses food as a weapon to control countries—thus, the consolidations of all seed production into the hands of a few international corporations and the replacement of open pollinated seed with patentable genetically modified seed. It supports the consolidation and control of all palatable surface and ground waters into the hands of a few. It seeks to establish a new international currency to replace gold and the dollar. According to Holly Sklar, “Economic gain and social control are inseparable goals of trilateralism.”[1] To carry out its program, its members have captured and taken control the government of the United States and other countries.

About the Trilateral Commission, Barry Goldwater writes:
The Trilateral Commission . . . is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interest by seizing control of the political government of the United States. . . . In my view the Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power—political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical. All this is to be done in the interest of creating a more peaceful, more productive world community. . . . What the Trilateralists truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nation-states involved. They believe the abundant materialism they propose to create will overwhelm existing differences. As managers and creators of the system they will rule the future.[2]
To bring about this unification, the Trilateral Commission has sought to disarm the West, especially to eliminate nuclear weapons, in particular those held by the United States. (Actually, it is not their elimination that the Trilateralists favor so much as transferring their control to the United Nations.) The Trilateral Commission has worked to dismantle the national security apparatuses in the United States and Western Europe.

Another part of its program, is to create a new monetary system where gold is replaced as the international exchange with paper receipts (special drawing rights), which would eventually be replaced by a one-world currency. The Trilateral Commission is close to completing this goal.

It has strengthened the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), so these organizations can more easily absorb bad loans made by international financiers.

The Trilateral Commission is a collusion of multinational corporations and international banks. Only people who want to promote globalism are recruited. It owes allegiance not to any country, but to its members. Its ultimate goal is to increase the wealth and power of its members and ultimately to bring about a New World Order, which its members will control. Needless to say, members of the Trilateral Commission are Illuminists.

Members of the Trilateral Commission controlled the Carter administration. They included Jimmy Carter (President, CFR member), Walter Mondale (Vice President, CFR member), Brzezinski (National Security Advisor, CFR members), Michael Blumenthal (Secretary of the Treasury), Harold Brown (Secretary of Defense, CFR member), Cyrus Vance (Secretary of State, CFR member), Andrew Young (Ambassador to the United Nations), and Richard Gardner (ambassador to Italy, Rhodes scholar, CFR member). Carter appointed more than 20 members of the Trilateral Commission and 70 members of the Council on Foreign Relations. With George H.W. Bush (Vice President), William Brock (Special Trade Representative), Arthur Burns (ambassador to West Germany), Alexander Haig (Secretary of State), William Hewitt (ambassador to Jamaica), Donald Regan (Secretary of the Treasury), Paul Volcker (chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System), and Casper Weinberger (Secretary of Defense), the Trilateral Commission had a strong presence in the Reagan administration.[3] Bush, Burns, Haig, Regan, Weinberger, and Volcker were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Shattering all previous records, George H.W. Bush appointed more than 350 members of the Council on Foreign Relations or Trilateral Commission to high-level positions. They included Richard Cheney (Secretary of Defense, CFR member), Nicholas Brady (Secretary of the Treasury, CFR member), Richard Darman (Director of Office of Management and Budget, CFR member, member of Trilateral Commission), Carla Hill (United States trade representative, member of the Trilateral Commission), Colin Powell (Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, CFR member), Brent Scowcroft (National Security Advisor, member of CFR and Trilateral Commission), Dick Thornburgh (Attorney General, CFR member), and William Webster (CIA Director, CFR member). Bush was a member of both.[4]

The Trilateral Commission was also well represented in the Clinton Administration. Among the Trilateralists were William Clinton (President, Rhodes scholar, CFR member), Bruce Babbitt (Secretary of Interior, CFR member), Stephen W. Bosworth (ambassador to South Korea), Henry Cisneros (Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, CFR member), William Cohen (Secretary of Defense, CFR member), Thomas Foley (ambassador to Japan), Alan Greenspan (chairman of Federal Reserve Board, CFR member), Richard Holbrooke (ambassador to the United Nations, CFR member), Winston Lord, (Assistant Secretary of State, member of CFR and Skull and Bones), Joseph Nye (Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Rhodes scholar, CFR member), Alice Rivlin (Director of Office of Management and Budget, CFR member), Donna Shalala (Secretary of Health and Human Services, CFR member), and Strobe Talbott (ambassador-at-large, special advisor to the Secretary of State, Rhodes scholar, CFR member).[5]

Bilderberg Group

Bilderberg Group
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in original are omitted.]

To bring about a politically and economically united Europe and world government, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands convened the first Bilderberg Conference in 1954. He organized the Bilderberg Group at the urging of Joseph H. Retinger and Victor Rothschild. Retinger had approached Prince Bernhard in 1952 with the idea. Soon afterwards, Retinger consulted with Averell Harriman, David Rockefeller, Walter Bedell Smith (Director of the CIA), and C.D. Jackson (publisher of Life magazine and who became Eisenhower’s special assistant for psychological warfare and who organized the American wing of the Bilderberg Group) about organizing such a group.[1] Retinger, a Polish socialist and a founder of the European Movement and the American Committee on a United Europe, is considered the “father of the Bilderbergers.”

Bernhard owned a fortune in Royal Dutch Petroleum (Shell Oil) Corp. Another member of the Bilderberg Group was David Rockefeller, who had a fortune in Standard Oil of New Jersey (later Exxon-Mobil). Following illuministic incited revolutions in various parts of the world, these two companies usually gained the oil and natural gas concessions. Warring factions seldom touched the property of these two companies.

The goal of the Bilderberg Group is to regionalize Europe, i.e., create a European Union. (The Treaty of Rome, which created the European Common Market that has evolved into the European Union, came out of the Bilderberg Group.) This goal the Illuminists through the Bilderberg Group is close to completing. Most of Europe will soon be part of a European fascist state that the Illuminists control.

The ultimate objective of the Bilderberg Group is to establish a world government controlled by the Illuminists. To achieve this goal, its members “conspire to manufacture and manage world events” to guide and trick the people into accepting their absolute rule.

Its meetings are held in secret. Only the participants attend the meetings. Initially, even the topics of discussion were secret. The Bilderberg Group normally meets once a year. It meets at a luxurious complex that is heavily guarded. Its meetings are informal with frank discussions and without any voting or adoption of resolutions. The host country is responsible for security (military and police) to protect the meetings. Being above the law, attendees do not need to undergo custom searching, visa requirements, or public notice of their meetings—these laws apply only to the common people, the slaves.

Members of the Bilderberg Group are from the inner circles of Illuminism. They represent the international banking dynasties, multinational corporations, tax-exempt foundations, and high governmental officials (civil and military) — defined as the four major dimensions of power by Skousen — and controllers of the media. Also, well represented are the royal families of Europe. The Group normally has about 100 members. Among the members of the Bilderberg Group are, or have been, Dean Acheson (CFR member, Secretary of State in the Truman administration), Giovanni Agnelli (chairman of Fiat), George W. Ball (Under Secretary of State, director of Lehman Brothers, member of the Trilateral Commission, CFR member), Robert Bartley (Wall Street Journal, CFR member, member of the Trilateral Commission), Zbigniew Brzezinski (Carter’s National Security Advisor), William Buckley (National Review), McGeorge Bundy (President Kenney's and Johnson’s national security advisor, president of the Ford Foundation, and CFR member, member of Skull and Bones), Peter Carrington (chairman of the Bilderberg Group, British cabinet minister, secretary-general of NATO, president of the Royal Institute of International Affairs), Gordon Cowles (editor and publisher of Look, CFR member), Giscard D’Estang (President of France), C. Douglas Dillon (CFR member, Dillon, Read and Co., Eisenhower’s ambassador to France and Under Secretary of State, Kennedy's and Johnson’s Secretary of the Treasury), Gerald Ford (38th President of the United States, 33rd degree Freemason), Henry Ford II, William Fulbright (U.S. Senate, Rhodes scholar), General Andrew J. Goodpaster (Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, Superintendent of West Point Academy), Katharine Graham (Washington Post, CFR member, member of the Trilateral Commission), Henry Grunwald (managing editor of Time), General Alexander Haig (commander of NATO forces, Reagan’s Secretary of State), Edward Heath (Conservative Party Prime Minister of Great Britain), H. J. Heinz II (president of H.J. Heinz Co., member of Skull and Bones, and CFR), Christian Herter (Eisenhower’s Secretary of State), Theodore M. Hesburgh (president of Notre Dame University, director of Chase Manhattan Bank, chairman of board of trustees of Rockefeller Foundation, member of CFR and ACLU), Thomas Hughes (Carnegie Endowment), C. D. Jackson (Life magazine, Eisenhower’s special consultant for psychological warfare, a CIA operative), Henry Jackson (U.S. Senate), Jacob Javits (U.S. Senate and CFR member), Peter Jennings (ABC anchor and senior editor), Joseph E. Johnson (president of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, CFR member), Henry Kissinger (member of the Trilateral Commission, Nixon’s National Security Advisor and Secretary of State), William Kristol (Weekly Standard), Ralph E. McGill (editor of the Atlanta Constitution), Robert McNamara (president of the World Bank, Kennedy's and Johnson’s Secretary of Defense, member of Trilateral Commission and CFR), Walter Mondale (U.S. Senate, Vice President), William Moyers (journalist), J. Robert Oppenheimer (physicists, CFR member), Georges-Jean Pompidou (President of France), Walter Reuther (American labor leader), David Rockefeller (CFR member), Nelson Rockefeller, Sir Eric Roll (chairman of S.G. Warburg and Co. in England), Baron Edmond de Rothschild (French banker), Donald Rumsfeld (Nixon White House aide, later G.W. Bush’s Secretary of Defense), Dean Rusk (Kennedy's and Johnson’s Secretary of State, Rhodes scholar, CFR member), Helmut Schmidt (chancellor of West Germany), Paul Schweitzer (International Monetary Fund), General Walter Bedell Smith (CFR member), Arthur H. Sulzberger (president and publisher of the New York Times), Margaret Thatcher (Conservative Party Prime Minister of Great Britain), Cyrus Vance (Carter’s Secretary of State, CFR member), Paul Volcker (member of the Trilateral Commission, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System), Harold Wilson (Labor Party Prime Minister of Great Britain), and Mortimer Zuckerman (U.S. News and World Report, New York Daily News, Atlantic Monthly, CFR member).[2] Most members of the Bilderberg Group are also members of the Council on Foreign Relations, Pilgrim Society, Round Table Group, or English-Speaking Union. Many Bilderbergers are also Trilateralists.

Funding for the Bilderberg Group comes primarily from the Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, Carnegie Endowment, and other major globalist institutions.

The Bilderberg Group is closely intertwined with the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) and, to a lesser extent, the Central Intelligence Agency. (Some believe that MI6 created the Bilderberg Group under the direction of the Royal Institute of International Affairs.).

Council on Foreign Relations

Council on Foreign Relations
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in original have been omitted.]

To guarantee more surely their control over government, Illuminists set up organizations to train and provide Illuminists and their agents for high governmental posts and to develop plans to bring about their illuministic New World Order. The Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) in the United States and the Royal Institute of International Affairs in Great Britain serve the purpose of training and providing Illuminists for governmental offices. Through these organizations, the Illuminists control the financial and foreign polices of the United States and Great Britain Other groups, such as the Bilderberg Group, were organized to coordinate illuministic activities among governments, banks, business, academia, and the media. Groups were also organized to defend the interest of the Illuminists and to advance the cause of Illuminism.

Between 1909 and 1913, Milner help found Round Table Groups, semi-secret groups, in England; the chief British dependencies of South Africa, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand; and the United States. The Round Table Group in the United States included Frank Aydelotte (Rhodes scholar), George L. Beer, Erwin D. Canham (Rhodes scholar), Andrew Carnegie, Jerome D. Greene, Edward House, Otto Kahn, Thomas W. Lamont, Walter Lippman, J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Whitney Shepardson, Benjamin Strong, Paul Warburg, and William Wiseman.[1] According to Dr. Carroll Quigley, “The original purpose of the groups was to seek to federate the English-speaking world. . . .”[2]

Money for organizing these Round Table Groups came from the Rhodes Trust, Alfred and Otto Beit, Sir Abe Bailey (owner of the Transvaal mines and collaborator with Milner in starting the Boer War), and other associates and followers of Cecil Rhodes. After 1915, the Astor family became financial backers. By 1925, financial backers included Carnegie United Kingdom Trust, organizations associated with J. P. Morgan, Jr., the Rockefeller family, the Whitney family, associates of Morgan, Grenfell, and Co., associates of Lazard Brothers, and various foundations and other wealthy individuals.[3] Other financial backers of the Round Table Groups were Lord Nathaniel Mayer Rothschild, the Duke of Bradford, and Lord Iveagh.[4]

Out of the Round Table Groups came the Royal Institute of International Affairs in Great Britain and the Council on Foreign Relations in the United States. (The original plans for these two organizations were drawn up in Paris while the peace negations at the end of World War I were taking place.) These two organizations were set up as independent bodies instead of branches of a single institution to conceal that they were fronts for the Round Table Groups.

In 1919, F.D.L. Astor, Baron John Jacob Astor of Hever (later chairman of The Times and director of Hambros Bank), M.L. Astor, Sir Abe Bailey, Sir Otto Beit (trustee of the Rhode estate and director of the British South Africa Co.), Sir Julien Cahn, Lionel Curtis (colonial secretary of Transvaal), Alfred Milner, Percy Alport Molteno, and John W. Wheeler-Bennett (later General Eisenhower’s political advisor during World War II) founded the Royal Institute of International Affairs.[5] Curtis had the primary task of organizing the Royal Institute of International Affairs in Great Britain and each British dominion. The Royal Institute of International Affairs was a front organization of the Round Table Groups. Sir Abe Bailey, Sir Alfred Beit, and the Astor family were the principal financial supporters of this institute. (Later various Rothschild interests, the Rockefeller Foundation, and Carnegie Corp. became the major sources of financing.) R.W. Leonard, president of the Coniagas Mines, was its first president.

The primary goal of the Royal Institute of International Affairs was to perpetrate British power, to unite the world under British control, that is under the control of the Illuminists who control Great Britain. However, with the death of Milner in 1925, the international financiers gained control of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and the Round Table Groups. They changed the goals of these organizations to serve their purposes.

Edward Mandell House was the principal organizer of the Council on Foreign Relations, which was incorporated in 1921. Jerome Greene was House’s principal aide in organizing the Council on Foreign Relations. It was founded as a front for the American branch of the Round Table Group and for Morgan’s financial empire. (By World War II the Rockefeller financial empire had gained preeminence over Morgan in control of the Council on Foreign Relations.) Among the Morgan agents involved in organizing and running the Council on Foreign Relations were Lamont and Beer. Russell Leffingwell, one of Morgan’s partners, was its first chairman. Other Morgan men who were early members were Paul Cravath, John W. Davis, Norman Davis, and Russell Leffingwell.[6] Financial backers included Nelson Aldrich, Bernard Baruch, J.P. Morgan, Jr., John D. Rockefeller, Jacob Schiff, and Frank Vanderlip—all of whom were either international financiers or closely allied with them.[7] Among the charter members were Nelson Aldrich, Bernard Baruch, John W. Davis (J.P. Morgan Jr.’s personal attorney and a founder of the English-Speaking Union), Allen Dulles (later head of the Central Intelligence Agency), John Foster Dulles (later Secretary of State), Averell Harriman, Christian Herter (later Eisenhower’s Secretary of State), Walter Lippman (“the authentic spokesman in American journalism for the Establishment”), J.P. Morgan, Jr., Elihu Root (Theodore Roosevelt’s Secretary of State), Henry L. Stimson (later Secretary of War and a member of Skull and Bones), William Boyce Thompson (director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York), Otto Kahn, John D. Rockefeller, Jacob Schiff, and Paul Warburg (who was one of the incorporators).[8] In 1929, the Rockefellers provided the headquarters building.

The Council on Foreign Relations became a powerful force in the United States after 1927 when the Rockefeller Foundation began funding it. Later, the Carnegie foundations, German Marshall Fund, McKnight Foundation, Dillon Fund, Ford Foundation, Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Starr Foundation, and Pew Charitable Trusts became significant sources of funds.[9] Major corporations also funded it. (Their financial support bought them special briefings from high ranking governmental officials on information not publicly available—thus, they gain advantage over their competitors.)

One of its primary purposes was to ensure that the United States would become part of the world governance following the next world war as part of the Illuminists’ goal of creating a one-world socialist system that included the United States (where the elite of the international financiers would have a global banking monopoly). Thus, a primary goal of the Council on Foreign Relations is to destroy the United States Constitution and the United States as an independent country. (A necessary step toward this goal was the destruction of the sovereignty and independence of the 50 States. They had to be reduced to administrative provinces of the United States government. This destruction has been achieved.) Its goal is according to Admiral Chester Ward, CFR member, “to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and the national independence of the United States. . . . Primarily, they want the world banking monopoly from whatever power ends in the control of global government.”[10] The American Legion has condemned the Council on Foreign Relation “as being actively engaged in destroying the Constitution and sovereignty of the United States of America.”[11] The Council on Foreign Relations seeks to fulfill the illuministic dream of submerging the United States into the global state of the New World Order where the international financiers and other Illuminists rule.

When Franklin Roosevelt assumed the office of the President, he brought with him the idle rich, Communists, and members of the Council on Foreign Relations. With the outbreak of World War II in 1939, the Council on Foreign Relations began formulating the war and foreign policies of the United States. By 1942, it had captured control of the State Department. Through the Council on Foreign Relations, the Illuminists gained control of the United States government during the Roosevelt administration. They have maintained control ever since then.

Through the Council of Foreign Relations, the Illuminists have gained control of both major political parties in America and the federal government. Since its founding a majority of the presidents (Hoover, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon, Ford, Carter, G.H.W. Bush, and Clinton) have been CFR members. Since the 1920s, the Council on Foreign Relations has controlled the foreign policy of the United States. Since World War II, a member of the Council of Foreign Relations has nearly always held the offices of the Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and National Security Advisor, which are the four most influential offices in the United States government next to the President.[12] All but one director of the Central Intelligence Agency have been members of the Council of Foreign Relations.[13] More than 90 percent of the Kennedy administration were members of the Council of Foreign Relations.[14] In the Nixon administration, at least 110 people in top governmental positions were members of the Council of Foreign Relations. The Clinton administration had more than 100 members.

About the power of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Chicago Tribune wrote in 1950:
The members of the council are persons of much more than average influence in their community. They have used the prestige that their wealth, their social position, and their education have given them to lead their country toward bankruptcy and military debacle. They should look at their hands. There is blood on them—the dried blood of the last war and the fresh blood of the present one [the Korean War].[15]
This commentary is more true today than when it was written. (The Council on Foreign Relation wasted more than 50,000 American lives in the Vietnam War and now seems determined to waste at least that many in its War on Terrorism.)

Tax-free foundations, such as the Rockefeller, Ford, and Carnegie foundations, which members of the Council on Foreign Relations control, have supported the Council of Foreign Relations and allied organizations. Also, through the Council on Foreign Relations, Illuminists control the Federal Reserve System and, thereby, the economy of the United States. Members of the Council on Foreign Relations also control major universities and most multinational corporations.

Through the Council on Foreign Relations, Illuminists have gained control of West Point and the United States military. Commandants of West Point over recent decades have been members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Many senior commanders have been members of the Council on Foreign Relations. They include John T. Chain (Deputy Chief of Staff, Plans and Operations, U.S. Air Force), Paul F. Gorman (Commander and Chief, U. S. Southern Command), Bernard W. Rogers (Supreme Allied Commander, Europe), John W. Vessel, Jr. (Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff), John W. Wickham, Jr., (Chief of Staff, U. S. Army). With one exception, every secretary of defense since 1957 has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations or Trilateral Commission.[16] Thus, using the Council on Foreign Relations, the Illuminists have executed Weishaup’s strategy: “First, the military academies and the military.” (In Great Britain, the Illuminists seem to rely more on Freemasonry to control the military.)

Through the Council on Foreign Relations and foundations, Illuminists control think-tanks, such as Brookings Institute, Rand Corp., Hudson Institute, and Middle East Institute. These think-tanks spew out information that influences government, public education, and public opinion. The propaganda produced by these think-tanks subtly promote socialism and globalism—hence, the New World Order. They are “little more than propaganda divisions of the Rockefeller establishment, generating tainted data.”[17]

Furthermore, the Council on Foreign Relations controls the news media. Thus, its control over the United States government is never really revealed in the establishment media—NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, etc. Not only are most chief executives of the major networks members of the Council on Foreign Relations, so are most of the broadcasters and chief reporters. (Not only do the Rockefellers control the major networks through the Council on Foreign Relations, they also control them through their banks, which own a controlling interest in them.) The Rockefellers through the Council on Foreign Relation also control the major wire services. Members of the Council on Foreign Relations control the major newspapers and magazines. Members of the Council on Foreign Relations even control the major publishers. Furthermore, through interlocking directors, the international bankers and multinational corporations control the major news media. Most of the newspapers not directly controlled by Illuminists are controlled through advertising money. If a newspaper prints a story that the Illuminists do not want printed, the paper loses advertising revenue. Thus, the media “do not simply report the news, they actively manage information, censor information, and manipulate images in order to promote those cause they espouse.”[18] The illuministic controlled media often select and report news that support the positions of Illuminists or that undermine contrary positions. As Walter Lippman, a founder of the Council on Foreign Relations, wrote, “News and the truth are not the same thing. . . .”[19] So much for an independent press.

Some of communication executives, journalists, and correspondents who are (or were) members of the Council on Foreign Relations are Steward Alsop (Newsweek), William Atwood (Look), Frederick Beebe (Newsweek), Michael Bloomberg (Bloomberg Financial Markets), David Brinkley (NBC), Tom Brokaw (NBC), William F. Buckley, Jr. (National Review), John Chancellor (NBC), Robert Christopher (Newsweek), Norman Cousins (Saturday Review), John Cowles (Look, Harper’s, Harper and Row, Minneapolis Tribune, Des Moines Register), Gardner Cowles (Look, Harper’s, Harper and Row, Cowles Communications), Orvil E. Dryfoos (New York Times), Michael Eisner (Disney/ABC, a Jew), Osborne Elliot (Newsweek), Georgie Anne Geyer (syndicated columnist), Katharine Graham (Washington Post, Newsweek, Associated Press), Philip Graham (Newsweek), George V. Grune (Reader’s Digest), Karen Elliott House (Wall Street Journal), Walter Isaacson (CNN News Group and a Rhodes Scholar), Peter Kann (Dow Jones and Co.), Ted Koppel (ABC), Jim Lehrer (PBS), Irving R. Levine (NBC), Sol Linowitz (Time, Inc.), Richard Lowry (National Review), Henry Luce (Time, Inc., Life, Time, Fortune, Little, Brown and Co.), Jason McManus (Time, Rhodes Scholar), Bill Moyers (CBS), Malcolm Muir (Newsweek), Rupert Murdoch (News Corp.), Frank Murphy (Los Angeles Times), Thomas Murphy (ABC), Michael O’Neill (CBS), William S. Paley (CBS and a Jew), Richard D. Parsons (AOL Time Warner), Dan Rather (CBS), James Reston (New York Times), A.M. Rosenthal (New York Times), David Sarnoff (NBC and a Jew), Dianne Sawyer (ABC), Tony Snow (Fox News), Frank Stanton (CBS), Donna Shalala (Gannett News Service), Arthur Hays Sulzberger (New York Times), Arthur Ochs Sulzberger (New York Times), Arthur Taylor (CBS), Laurence A. Tisch (CBS), Barbara Walters (ABC), John F. Welch, Jr. (NBC), and George Will (Washington Post, Newsweek).

Through their control of movies, television, radio, and newspapers and other print media, the Illuminists have achieved what Edward Bernays, “the Father of Public Opinion,” wrote about in 1928: “Those who manipulate the organized habits and opinions of the masses constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of the country. . . .”[20] Thus, the Illuminists are the invisible government of the Western World, if not the planet, and are truly the ruling power.

The international banks (Kuhn, Loeb and Co.; Lazard Freres, which is directly afflicted with the Rothschilds ; Dillon, Reed; Lehman Brothers; Goldman, Sachs; Brown Brothers, Harriman; J.P. Morgan Chase and Co.; First National City Bank; Chemical Bank; and Manufacture Hanover Trust Bank) are represented on the Council of Foreign Relations. Most major multinational corporations are also represented on the Council on Foreign Relations, i.e., members of the Council on Foreign Relations control the major multinational corporations.

The ultimate goal of the Council on Foreign Relations is to destroy the sovereignty and independence of the United States and to merge them into the world government of the New World Order. To accomplish this goal, it must suppress racial, ethnic, and national loyalty.

According to Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., a CFR member, the Council on Foreign Relations is among the front groups of the power elite, the Illuminists. Using the Council on Foreign Relations, the Illuminists have brought about a concealed revolution in the United States. Because this revolution lacked the violence of the French Revolution or the Bolshevik Revolution, most Americans have been unaware of it. The United States government was changed from a constitutional federal republic ruled by the people to a democratic fascist state ruled by the Illuminists. The trappings of the Constitution remain as there is still the President, Congress elected by the people, and the Supreme Court, and State governments elected by the people. However, the soul of the United States Constitution has been gutted. What now passes for the constitutional federal republic today is completely alien to what the founding fathers established.

Years Following World War II

Years Following World War II
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: The footnotes in the original are omitted.]

Two great events following World War II were the Cold War and the establishment of the United Nations. The Cold War was a fictitious war although real but limited wars, such as the Korean War and Vietnam War, did occur during it.

Wars are necessary for the Illuminists to control people. To avoid the destructiveness of wars like the two world wars, the Illuminists resorted to fictitious wars and limited wars. Limited wars are necessary to make the fictitious wars convincing—thus, the war with Iraq and Afghanistan to make the War on Terrorism convincing. Furthermore, fictitious wars with their limited wars are easier to control and their out comes are more certain for the Illuminists, who control both sides of the conflicts.

The Cold War
The Cold War that followed World War II was the creation of the Illuminists working primarily through the Council on Foreign Relations. A principal component of the Cold War was the containment plan written by George Kennan. This plan became the official foreign policy of the United States toward the Soviet Union. It guaranteed the borders of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union’s control of eastern Europe. Nevertheless, the Illuminists did not let the bellicose talk of the Soviet Union toward the United States and of the United States toward the Soviet Union interfere with trade between the two. Such verbal hostilities did not halt lending money to the Soviet Union. (Of coarse, the American taxpayers guaranteed these loans if the Soviet Union defaulted.)

The Cold War did not stop the selling military equipment, nuclear reactors (used to make plutonium for nuclear weapons), chemical plants and technology (used to make chemical weapons and other war material), transportation equipment (used to transport troops and munitions), and machinery (used to make components for weapons) to the Soviet Union. United States companies also supplied communist countries with chemicals, electronic equipment, food, medicines, machinery, metal products, metal ores and scrap, petroleum, plastics, radars, rubber, and textiles.

The Soviet Union had to be built up and maintained to make it a credible enemy of the West. Having a perpetual enemy is necessary for the Illuminists to maintain and expand their power over the people and to transfer wealth from the people to the Illuminists.

Concomitant with building up the Soviet Union was disarming the United States. President John Kennedy began the disarmament movement in earnest when he delivered his disarmament speech to the United Nation in 1961. A few days later the State Department formalized the United States government’s program for disarmament in Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. This program contained three stages: (1) banning nuclear tests, (2) ending production of nuclear weapons and their delivery systems (bombers and missiles), and (3) transferring all existing nuclear weapons to the United Nations, which was the real goal. Additionally, anti-missile missiles and other defensive weapons would not be developed. Congress immediately created an agency to carry out Kennedy’s disarmament program. Kennedy appointed John J. McCloy (CFR member) as Director of Disarmament. To this day, the United States government has continued to carry out Kennedy’s disarmament program. Only the Reagan administration provided a slight reversal.

Another important function of the Cold War was “perpetual war for perpetual peace.” To carry out this program, the United States government implemented the “no win” policy against Communism. Presidents Johnson and Nixon carried this policy to its height with the Vietnam War. Although the United States could have won this war within a month, Johnson and Nixon dragged it out for 10 years. Nixon eventually allowed the North Vietnam too win it.

(George W. Bush’s never-ending War on Terrorism replaced the Cold War as the “perpetual war for perpetual peace” in 2001. With his War on Terrorism, he was able do what none of his predecessors could do with the Cold War. He was able to lay the foundation and build the structure necessary to turn the United States into a police state of which even Stalin and Hitler could not dream.)

The Cold War was necessary to maintain American support of the United Nations. If no threat to peace existed, Americans and other people might lose their enthusiasm for the United Nations — especially when its record of fostering wars rather than ensuring peace was considered.

Furthermore, to maintain the United Nations, the United States and its European allies had to maintain a strong Soviet Union. The United Nations had to be maintained, for it was the hub around which the New World Order was to be built. The United Nations had to be maintained so that a central authority existed to which the United States could surrender their weapons. A central global authority was needed to redistribute the wealth of the United States. It was needed to socialize the economy of the United Stats and the rest of the world and to bring the economies of the world under one authority, which the Illuminists would control. World government is needed to achieve world domination.

During the Cold War, few leaders in the United States really saw the communist Soviet Union as a real enemy. Why? Because the Illuminists controlled the Communists who ran the Soviet Union, just as they controlled most of the leaders in government, business, labor, the media, education, and religion in the United States. (The same is true with communist China.) Because the advancement of Communism benefitted the Illuminists, the United States adopted a policy of containment and appeasement toward the Soviet Union, China, and other communist countries. The United States strove never to defeat Communism or to overthrow a communist regime.

When the Soviet Union collapsed, Communism did not die. It merely entered a new phase. Mikhail Gorbachev, who oversaw the dismantling of the Soviet Union, adamantly admitted that he was a Communist and continued to support Communism. The dismantling was being done to advance Communism by lulling gullible Westerners into believing that Communism had been defeated. Communists still dominate much of the politics of Russia and the former communist countries of Eastern Europe.

The real reason for dismantling the Soviet Union and its obvious communistic government was to make consolidating Russia and other (former) communist countries with the United States and Western Europe into the New World Order easier. (Former communist countries of Eastern Europe are now being incorporated into the European Union.)

United Nations
The Council on Foreign Relations was instrumental in organizing the United Nations, which was the reincarnation of the defunct League of Nations with expanded powers. Its goal had always been to establish a world government, an essential element of the illuministic New World Order. Of the American delegation to the U. N. Conference at San Francisco in 1945, 47 were members of the Council on Foreign Relations. They included Dean Acheson (Assistant Secretary of State, head of the pro-Soviet group in the State Department, former employee of J.P. Morgan and Co., and later Truman’s Secretary of State), Ralph Bunche (Negro, official of National Negro Congress and Institute of Pacific Relations, both Communist fronts), John Foster Dulles, Thomas K. Finletter (State Department official, later Secretary of the Air Force and ambassador to NATO), Alger Hiss (Communist spy and secretary general of the United Nation’s founding conference), Clark M. Eichelberger, Philip Jessup (Soviet agent, member of Round Table Group, former chairman of the Institute of Pacific Relations), Joseph E. Johnson (chief of International Security Affairs division of the State Department, later trustee of Carnegie Endowment and director of the CFR), Owen Lattimore (communist sympathizer and fellow-traveler, Soviet agent), John J. McCloy (later president of the World Bank, head of the Rockefeller’s Chase Bank, chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations), Leo Pasvolsky, Nelson Rockefeller, Robert Schuman, Harold Stassen, Adlai Stevenson, Edward Stettinius (Secretary of State), John Carter Vincent (security risk), and Harry Dexter White (Soviet agent). John D. Rockefeller, Jr. donated the land for the United Nations building.

The United Nations and treaty organizations made under its authority severe to create a method to bypass Congress in making war, i.e., to bypass the constitutional charge that only Congress may declare war. The Council on Foreign Relations was able to violate the constitutional provision by concocting a false theory that treaties could be used to commit the United States to war without a congressional declaration. Thus, treaties, not the Constitution, became the supreme law of the land.

The charter of the United Nations is more than a treaty; it is a constitution for world government. It commits each member country to become a socialist country and to support socialism in all other countries. It creates a global political, social, economic, cultural, and education alliances. Its agencies have acquired the features of ministries in world governance. The United Nations has striven to abolished individual nationalities, cultures, political systems, and economies. A primary objective of the United Nations is to destroy nationalism, pride in one’s nation. Monsignor Michel Schooyans described the dangers of the ascendancy of the United Nations and globalism:
. . . the plan to govern the world via the UN has inherited a number of features from the Communist “International.” . . . Along with this plan for a world government, there is the process of globalization, or economic interdependence. . . . Globalization is dangerous because control of goods signifies control of workers. . . . New Age influences, including holistic theories which perceive man as only a particle of the universe, are challenging Christian values of human dignity. According to these theories, man is a result of evolution . . . [and] this transient being should, above all, respect nature and honor the Earth-Mother, Gaia. . . . Once more attempts are made to limit population growth and national sovereignty in the name of new pantheist and monist philosophies. . . .[1]
Korean War
The first important limited war that the Illuminists created was the Korean War. It was done to advance the United Nations and to secured Communist control of China. It was the first war of the United States’ policy of never again wining any war of any importance unless it advanced the cause of Illuminism.

The foundation for the Korean War was laid at the Yalta Conference. The United States and the Soviet Union agreed to partition Korea; the Koreans had no say in this partition. China and the Soviet Union were given control over North Korea. At least a year earlier, the Council on Foreign Relations was promoting a divided Korea.

To encourage war, Dean Acheson, Secretary of State and one of the conspirators turning China into a communist country, had declared South Korea to be outside the United States’ defense perimeter. To make South Korea more inviting, it was not allowed to have military aircraft or tanks. As the Soviet Union built up North Korea’s army, the United States restricted South Korea to light arms. As North Korea massed troops along the border with the intent of conquering South Korea, the Council of Foreign Relations controlled Truman administration did nothing.

To ensure that war would take place, the Soviet Union’s delegates walked out of the United Nation Security Council in protest when the issue of the North Korean invasion came before it. Had they remained, they could have vetoed involvement of the United Nation in Korea. After the Security Council voted to involve the United Nations in Korea, the Soviet Union’s delegation return. Using the United Nation’s declaration, Truman bypassed Congress and committed American troops to the Korean War.

To assure the Chinese Communists that the Illuminists of the West had given them China, President Harry Truman, a 33rd degree Freemason, dismissed General Douglas MacArthur because MacArthur made public that he was fighting Chinese in Korea. Several hundred thousand Chinese “volunteers” had entered North Korea to fight Americans and their allies. MacArthur also wanted to bomb Chinese supply lines, but Marshall, Secretary of Defense, would not allow him to do so. MacArthur’s superiors had placed Manchuria off limits to his forces. Within days after China’s involvement came public, Truman dismissed him. Secretary of Defense Robert A. Lovett, a member of the Skull and Bones and CFR, had urged Truman to recall MacArthur. Also urging his dismissal were John J. McCloy, who had also pressed for General Patton’s dismissal, and Averell Harriman, a banker and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Skull and Bones. General Ridgway, who was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and who supported a stalemate in Korea, replaced MacArthur, who wanted to defeat the Communist in Asia, as Supreme Commander. (MacArthur was not going along with the Illuminists’ policy of “containing” Communism; instead, he wanted to defeat it.)

The Korean War was not a complete success for the Illuminists. South Korea was slated to fall to the Communists. Owen Lattimore of the Council of Foreign Relations and the Institute of Pacific Relations had written in 1949 that South Korea was to fall to the Communists.[2]
Nevertheless, Lucifer would again feast on a great blood sacrifice. At least 400 American soldiers were left in Chinese and Korean communist prison camps for the Communists to torture and use as slave labor and experimentation. So much for Eisenhower’s “peace with honor.” The Korean War did accomplish the goal of empowering and strengthening the United Nations.

Eisenhower’s acceptance of a divided Korea led to a divided Vietnam, the work of John Foster Dulles. A divided Vietnam led to a protracted no-win Vietnam War, which ended with the Communists conquering South Vietnam.
