No Longer a Federation of Republics

No Longer a Federation of Republics

Thomas Allen

The United States are no longer a federation of republics. That federation and the original Constitution died with Lincoln’s War. Now the United States is (notice the change in the verb from the previous sentence) a judgeocracy with an imperial president and an impotent Congress.

John Marshall, Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, laid the foundation for a judgeocracy. President Abraham Lincoln established the imperial presidency with his war to suppress Southern independence. Presidents Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt carried the imperial presidency to completion.

By the middle of the twentieth century, the judicial coup d’etat had been completed. Chief Justice Earl Warren completed what Marshall had started. Now the United States are a judgeocracy with an imperial president.

Under judicial rule, federal judges under the supervision of the Supreme Court have usurped the legislative authority of the State legislatures. Federal courts have absolute control over the States even to the point of forcing State governments to levy taxes to spend on a judge’s predilection. Federal judges even intervene on purely political issues like drawing boundaries for legislative districts. The States have been reduced to little more than personal fiefdoms of federal judges.

Also, federal judges under the supervision of the Supreme Court have usurped the legislative authority of Congress. Judges, especially those on the Supreme Court, have usurped the power to rewrite laws that Congress has enacted to suit their preferences. If Congress enacts a law that they do not like, they veto it. If Congress fails to enact a law that the Supreme Court desires, it will enact such a law with a ruling on a related issue. Thus, the Supreme Court is an unaccountable legislative body.

Moreover, the Supreme Court has even usurped the authority to amend the Constitution — however, without changing the words of the Constitution. Why bother getting two-thirds of each house of Congress and three-fourths of the States to agree on an amendment when five judges can amend it with their rulings?

What does the Supreme Court use as a guide for amending, vetoing, and promulgating laws? It certainly is not the Constitution. Instead of the Constitution, the Justices of the Supreme Court use their personal biases and prejudices.

Thus, the Supreme Court has elevated itself above the Constitution. It has claimed the sole and final power to decide what the Constitution means, and it amends the Constitution with its rulings to conform with its whims. Whatever the Supreme Court rules is the supreme law of the land. Its rulings are superior to the Constitution. (The Supreme Court gives the Constitution only cursory and perfunctory notice.)

Federal judges no longer seem able to distinguish between the judicial function and the legislative function. Since Marshall, personal biases and personal preferences are much more of a guide in their ruling than is the Constitution and even the clear wording and intent of the law.

Similarly, the executive branch has usurped the legislative authority of Congress  — often with Congress delegating its legislative power to the executive branch. Congress has created numerous regulatory agencies that have the authority to issues regulations that have the effect of law. Further, the President often issues executive orders that have the effect of law. Consequently, Congress enervates its vitality.

Thus, the United States became a judgeocracy with an imperial president, an impotent Congress, and emasculated States. The federation of republican States (nations) that the Constitution established died long ago never to be resurrected.

To this list, many more can be added.

Identifying characteristics of the Old Right were opposition to the fascistic state that Franklin Roosevelt established in the United States and opposition to an interventionist foreign policy. Although members of the Old Right varied in their economic views and about how much power a government should exercise, especially the federal government, most of the Old Right believed in limited government and free-market economics. Generally, they opposed the government granting favors and preferences. For most, the government was negative; its job was to prevent trespass against other people’s property, life, and liberty. Most opposed the government acting positively, which makes it become the state; consequently, they opposed the welfare state, including corporate welfare, and all forms of socialism. Most favored States’ rights; that is, political power was best retained at the local level. All opposed concentrating political power in the central government. They opposed the US government meddling in the affairs of other countries; thus, they opposed the war state that the United States became under Franklin Roosevelt and have remained until this day. They opposed building an American Empire. Most were cultural conservatives and traditionalists. The Old Right was of the Jeffersonian-Calhounian wing of American politics as opposed to the Hamiltonian-Lincolnian wing. (Today, with rare exceptions, all Democrats, Republicans, conservatives, liberals, progressives, libertarians, and everyone from the far Left to the far Right are of the Hamiltonian-Lincolnian wing or suffer from a dissociative identity disorder. Almost no one remains in the Jeffersonian-Calhounian wing. Except for those who suffer from a dissociative disorder, which seems to be the majority, most people today are statists and centralists; only a few are libertists and decentralists.)

COVID-19 — The Political Virus

COVID-19 — The Political Virus
Thomas Allen

COVID-19 is not a biological virus: It is a political virus. It is being used to destroy the country by destroying its economy, and, by that, to bring down President Trump and especially the deplorables who support him.

Even worse, the Chinese Virus is being used to destroy the Bill of Rights. Political leaders and their owners are attempting to use this plandemic to establish a tyrannical, despotic regime modeled after Communist China — with the Democrats and their masters in charge.

As one commentator notes, if Trump wins the presidential election, the Chinese Virus will be attacking us until January 2025. However, if a Democrat wins, the Chinese Virus will vanish by January 2021.

Democrats like to present themselves as the party of the little guy. Only they care about him. Yet, they declare many little guys nonessential, that is, they are unnecessary. To Democrats, barbers, hairdressers, waitresses, bartenders, sales clerks, and many more little guys are nonessential and, therefore, of no importance.

Moreover, the Democratic party claims to be the party of the blue-collar worker and the union man. Yet, it declares many of their jobs nonessential, i.e., not necessary for the economy. Its deliberate destruction of the economy has caused many of these people to lose their jobs permanently.

President Trump and many of his supports are predicting a rapidly growing economy before the end of 2021. Others are expecting that the recovery of the economy will take years.

If the nonessential federal agencies and their programs were abolished, i.e., if 80 percent or more of the US government were abolished, the economy could recover within 18 months. Moreover, the world would witness an economic boom the likes of which has never been witnessed.

Unfortunately, the US government will follow the precedent of Presidents Hoover and Franklin Roosevelt and try to micromanage the economic recovery. (Yet, Hoover and Roosevelt managed to turn an economic downturn that would have ended by 1931 into a depression that did not end until 1946.) Thus, recovering from for the COVID-19 economic destruction will take years, if not a decade or more.

Worse than the deliberate destruction of the economy is the deliberate destruction of the Bill of Rights. Most political leaders took an oath to protect and uphold the US Constitution of which the Bill of Rights is the most important part. Nevertheless, most of these same political leaders have gone out of their way to violate their oath by destroying the Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights prohibits governmental interference with the exercise of religion. Yet, most governors have dictated how religious services are to be exercised. Some have even prohibited religious gatherings and even baptismal ceremonies. What is even more reprehensible is that most religious leaders have not protested this destruction of religious liberty. Likewise, most Christians have cowed before the tyrants with hardly an objection. Muslims have been far bolder in defending their religious practices than have Christians.

Fortunately, a few brave pastors have rebelled against the megalomaniac political leaders and have held religious services in violation of the governor’s or mayor’s ukase — although most of these were outside the church building. Moreover, some Christians have protested the destruction of religious liberty. Regrettably, most have not.

Likewise, the political leaders have destroyed the freedom of assembly by limiting the size of gatherings to some arbitrary number that has no basis in science. Again, protests against this loss of liberty have been scant. At least, some young people are beginning to gather at beaches and without contracting the Chinese Virus, as political leaders and presstitutes claimed would happen. (If any had contracted the Chinese Virus, the presstitutes would have made it headline news for weeks.)

Furthermore, political leaders have interfered with the right of assembly with the infamous six-foot spacing rule. Where is the science that shows that 183 centimeters (about 6 feet) is safe, but at 180 centimeters, one is at high risk of contracting or transmitting the Chinese Virus? (In Germany, safe social distancing is 150 centimeters. The World Health Organization’s recommendation is 100 centimeters. What is the safe distance? Moreover, is the real objective behind social distancing to prevent Trump rallies?)

Besides freedom of religion and freedom of assembly, political leaders have violated many other provisions of the Bill of Rights. For example, they have violated the due-process clause and the taking-without-compensation clause.

Since World War II, two pandemics hit the United States harder than has the Chinese Virus. They were the Asian Flu (a.k.a. H2N2 or influenza A) and the Hong Kong Flu (a.k.a. H3N2).

The Asian Flu appeared in the United States in 1957. By the time it departed, it had killed about 116,000 people in the United States. Fatalities per million people from the Asian Flu were 674. (Fatalities per million people from the Chinese Virus  are about 225, and this is an overstatement because the deaths from the Chinese Virus are overstated.)

The Hong Kong Flu appeared in the United States in December 1968. When it left the following year, it had killed about 100,000 people in the United States. Fatalities per million people from the Hong Kong Flu were 500.

As with the Chinese Viruses, most of the people who died of Asian and Hong Kong flues were elderly, especially those with heart or lung disease. Both flues killed many more people per capita than has the Chinese Virus. Yet, unlike today, political leaders did not shut down their economies — business continued as usual. Even the Woodstock concert with more than 400,000 attendees was held in August 1969. Further, political leaders did not destroy the Bill of Rights by banning crowds and restricting religious practices.  (Before one claims that the lower number of deaths from the Chinese Virus is the result of the shutdown, he should remember that the proponents of the shutdown claimed that it would not reduce the number of deaths; it would merely spread those deaths over a longer period.)

Moreover, the press did not spend 24-hours per day terrorizing the people into hysteria. Instead, they sought to calm them and instruct them in basic hygiene. Also, unlike today, people did not seek a political solution to a medical problem.

The official COVID-19 deaths include pneumonia, influenza, and the Chinese Virus. Of these deaths credited to COVID-19, COVID-19 accounts for only about a fifth of them. Even this number is too high because the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) encourages hospitals and doctors to overreport COVID-19 deaths by paying them more for COVID-19 patients and deaths. Moreover, with some hospitals facing bankruptcy because they can on longer do so-called elective surgery (surgery that is scheduled, such as removing kidney stones or nonemergency heart surgery), which accounts for most of the revenue of many hospitals, they overreport COVID-19 patients and deaths to stave off bankruptcy.

At least one good thing has come from this political war against the Chinese Virus, and that has been closing schools. However, not only do children not transmit the Chinese Virus, they have a low probability of becoming ill from the disease and even much less chance of dying from it. Consequently, closing schools was unnecessary. Nevertheless, closing schools has been one of the few good things to come from this plandemic. It has shown that expensive school buildings and busing are unnecessary. Most important, it has separate students from their indoctrinators, and, thus, making their socialistic indoctrination more difficult.

Franklin D. Roosevelt, the godfather of today’s liberal Democrats, said, “Only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Based on their actions, most Democrats and many Republicans have ignored Roosevelt. Fear leads them. Moreover, they have let political leaders and presstitutes terrorize them into total hysteria. Fear has become their god. As a result, most will have to learn to live in poverty, and all will have to learn to live in a tyrannical police state.

Appendix: Governor Cuomo of New York
To Governor Cuomo of New York goes the ignominy of the most despicable and reprehensible action taken during this Chinese Virus plandemic. Forcing nursing homes and kindred facilities to accept people known to be infected with COVID-19, he has greatly increased death from COVID-19. Thus, he has deliberately and knowingly exposed people who are the most vulnerable to COVID-19 and most likely to die of it to the Chinese Virus. He is responsible for their death and their blood is on his hand. He should be executed for murder. If Dante’s Inferno, is ever rewritten, it will have to have a special place in hell for Cuomo, which is below that of Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot. Likewise, Michigan’s Governor Gretchen Whitmer deserves to be burning beside Cuomo for the same crime of forcing nursing homes to accept people infected with the Chinese Virus.

Gold Confiscation

Gold Confiscation
Thomas Allen

Many American buyers and potential buyers of gold express concern about the U.S. government confiscating gold. This fear is legitimate because rogue governments like the U.S. government can be highly unpredictable and destructive. It can steal not only gold but any thing else that the rulers want.
Nevertheless, gold confiscation is not likely. Today’s monetary system differs greatly from that of 1933 when President Roosevelt’s great theft occurred. Then gold was the money. Gold coins actually circulated and were used for buying and selling. Federal reserve notes, U.S. government notes, and national bank notes were redeemable in gold coin on demand.
Today governments officially shun gold and pooh-pooh it as money. Although their central banks hoard large quantities of gold, governments deny that it has any monetary value. It is a barbaric relic that used to interfere with their fiat monetary dreams and deserves to be banished forever from the monetary system. To confiscate gold today would be an admission that they have been wrong for the past eight decades. Moreover, today people who distrust government hold most of the gold outside investment houses, banks, and industry. They would not likely surrender it to the government.
When Roosevelt stole the people’s gold, his theft was easy. The U.S. government and the Federal Reserve held 93 percent of the country’s monetary gold as trustees for backing gold certificates, federal reserve notes, and national bank notes. With the $100 exemption,[1] he did not have to take any gold coins held by individuals.
The monetary statistics presented in this article are from Banking and Monetary Statistics, 1914-1941, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Section 11, “Currency,” Table No. 110, “Currency in Circulation — By Kind, Monthly, 1860-1941,” page 412, gives the total currency in circulation for February 1933 as $6258 million. Of this amount, gold coins accounted for $284 million; gold certificates, $649 million; United States notes, $301 million; federal reserve notes, $3405 million; and national bank notes, $861 million.
On page 506 of Section 13, “United States Government — Treasury Finance and Government Corporations and Credit Agencies,” the gold reserves for backing United States Notes are $156 million. Table No. 156, “Analysis of Changes in Gold Stock of the United States, Monthly, 1914-1941,” page 537, gives a monthly average gold stock of $4093 for February 1933.
For February 1933, the U.S. government held $156 million in gold to back U.S. notes. It also held $649 million in gold to back gold certificates. Thus, the U.S. government held $805 million in gold. Federal Reserve Banks held $3004 million in gold, and $284 million in gold coins were in circulation. These give a total monetary gold stock of $4093.
Of the $4093 million of the monetary gold, the U.S. government and Federal Reserve held $3809 million in gold or 93 percent of the country’s monetary gold. The people held $284 million in gold coins or about 7 percent of the monetary gold. If the coins were roughly evenly distributed among the population, each person would have had between $2 and $3 in gold coins (c. 123 million population). At this time the smallest gold coin in circulation was $2.50.
As Roosevelt’s confiscation order allowed each person to keep $100 in gold coins, he did not have to steal any coins that the public held. Between the Treasury and the Federal Reserve, he already had nearly all the gold. All he needed to do, and what he did do, was to violate the U.S. government’s, the Federal Reserve’s, and national banks’ contracts with the people by voiding the redemption clauses in the law and on the paper money.
Since the U.S. government made using gold coins and gold certificates as money illegal, if a person who held them wanted to spend them, he had to exchange them for federal reserve notes, U.S. notes, or silver coins. Consequently, gold ceased being a medium of exchange in the United States.

Review of Daniel Carr’s “FDR’s 1933 Gold Confiscation was a Bailout of the Federal Reserve Bank”

Review of Daniel Carr’s “FDR’s 1933 Gold Confiscation was a Bailout of the Federal Reserve Bank”
Thomas Allen

In his article, “FDR’s 1933 Gold Confiscation was a Bailout of the Federal Reserve Bank,” Mr. Daniel Carr argues that President Roosevelt stole the people’s gold primarily to bailout the Federal Reserve Banks. His article can be found at http://www.moonlightmint.com/bailout.htm. In presenting his argument, Mr. Carr makes some questionable assumptions. This article discusses errors in Mr. Carr’s article. Otherwise, Mr. Carr presents a good terse description of events leading up to the Great Depression and the cause of the Great Depression.

Before discussing Mr. Carr’s article, three tables of monetary statistics are given. Data in these tables are used in analyzing Mr. Carr’s arguments and drawing different conclusions. These statistics are from Federal Reserve documents that can be found at http://fraser.stlouisfed.org/publications/bms.

The monetary statistics presented below are from Banking and Monetary Statistics, 1914-1941. In Table 1, the monetary statistics are from Section 11, “Currency,” Table No. 110, “Currency in Circulation — By Kind, Monthly, 1860-1941,” page 412. The numbers in Table 1 are for currency outside the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve Banks.

Table 2 summaries the monetary gold. On page 506 of Section 13, “United States Government — Treasury Finance and Government Corporations and Credit Agencies,” the gold reserves for backing United States Notes are $156 million. Section 14, “Gold,” Table No. 156, “Analysis of Changes in Gold Stock of the United States, Monthly, 1914-1941,” page 537, gives a monthly average gold stock of $4,226 million for December 1932 and $4,093 for February 1933.

Part of the gold that the Federal Reserve Banks held was used to back federal reserve notes, and part was held for member banks as reserves. Section 10, “Member Bank Reserves, Reserve Bank Credit, and Related Items,” Table No. 102, “Member Bank Reserves, Reserve Bank Credit, and Related Items, End of Month Figures, 1914-1941,” page 376, shows that the Federal Reserve Banks held $2,509 million as member bank reserves on December 31, 1932 and $2,141 million on February 28, 1933.

Table 3 gives the quantity of gold-clause paper currency.

Although they were not gold-clause notes, the Gold Standard Act of 1900, which firmly placed it United States on the monometallic gold standard, made Treasury notes of 1890, silver dollars, silver certificates, and subsidiary silver redeemable in gold.

For purposes of comparisons with Mr. Carr, the data for February 1933 are used except where February 1933 data are not available. Then December 1932 is used. February was the last full month before Roosevelt took office. He executed his great gold theft in March 1933.

Mr. Carr estimates the quantity of gold-clause federal reserve notes in circulation in 1933 to be between $13,292 million (20,000 metric tons) and $26,916 million (40,500 metric tons). (He uses metric tons to weigh gold instead of dollars. At this time, a dollar was the weight of 23.22 grains of fine gold.) He uses The Standard Handbook of United States Paper Money by Chuck O’Donnell and The Comprehensive Catalog of U.S. Paper Money by Gene Hessler along with some assumptions that he explains to derive these numbers. As shown in the tables above, his estimate far exceeds the estimates of the Federal Reserve. Mr. Carr’s estimate for federal reserve notes in circulation is 3.9 to 7.9 times greater than the Federal Reserve’s estimate of $3,405 million. His estimate is 2.5 to 5.2 times greater than all gold-clause currency in circulation.

Mr. Carr estimates the country’s monetary gold reserves in 1933 to be about $4,000 million, which he assumes that the U.S. government held to back gold certificates. As shown in Table 2, the Federal Reserve estimates $649 million were held to back gold certificates (assuming that the U.S. government fully backed its gold certificates). Its data show a total gold stock of $4,093 million, which is about the same as Mr. Carr’s estimate. However, unlike Mr. Carr’s assumption, the U.S. government did not hold all this gold. It was spread among the U.S. government ($805 million), the Federal Reserve Banks ($3,004 million), and the public ($284 million)

By law, the Federal Reserve had to maintain a minimum of 40 percent in gold for outstanding federal reserve notes. Thus, it needed $1,362 million in gold to satisfy the statutory backing. It had $3,004 million in gold to back $3,405 in federal reserve notes.

Mr. Carr estimates that between $13,292 million and $26,916 million in federal reserve notes were unbacked. He is correct in that the Federal Reserve lack enough gold to redeem all its notes. However, the shortage was not nearly as great as he estimates. Nevertheless, the situation was as dire as he declares.

The $3,004 million in gold that the Federal Reserve held was not only for backing its notes. It was also for backing checkbook money issued by member banks. Moreover, member banks were liable for redeeming their bank notes in gold. Consequently, the problem was not a lack of gold held by the Federal Reserve to redeem federal reserve notes. The problem was that the Federal Reserve and commercial banks held insufficient gold to redeem the demand deposit accounts, checkbook money, held by the public.

Most loans were in the form of demand deposits instead of paper money or coin. Funds in demand deposit accounts were available to the holder on demand and had to be redeemed in gold if so demanded. As the typical bank was using $1 in gold to back several dollars in demand deposits (it was allowing multiple parties to use the same gold simultaneously), it could not redeem all its deposits if a bank run occurred as happened in the early 1930s.

Section 2, “Assets and Liabilities of all Member Banks,” Table No. 18, “All Member Banks — Principal Assets and Liabilities on Call Dates, 1914‒1941," gives $15,193 million in demand deposits (checking accounts or checkbook money) subject to reserves and vault cash of $423 million on December 31, 1932. Section 9, “Federal Reserve Banks,” Table No. 85, “Assets and Liabilities of Federal Reserve Banks, December 31, 1914-1915,” page 332, gives $2,509 million in reserves held by the Federal Reserve Banks for member banks on December 31, 1932.

These statistics show that commercial banks that were members of the Federal Reserve System had $2,509 million in reserves plus $423 million in vault cash or $2,932 million that could be used to redeem $15,193 in checkbook money. Thus, on December 31, 1932, the Federal Reserve System held $3,288 million in gold to back $15,193 in demand deposits and $2,716 million in federal reserve notes. It was short $14,621 million in gold. Moreover, commercial banks were liable for $820 million in gold for redemption of national bank notes, which an equivalent amount of U.S. government bonds held by the U.S. Treasury secured. The problem was not too many unbacked federal reserve notes. It was too much unbacked checkbook money. This shortage of $14,621 million, plus an additional $820 million for national bank notes, falls within Mr. Carr’s estimate of $13,292 million to $26, 916 million.

The above shows that the U.S. government held $805 million in gold to back gold certificates and U.S. notes. The Federal Reserve held $3,004 million in gold. Of the $4,093 million of the monetary gold, the U.S. government and Federal Reserve held 93 percent. The people held $284 million in gold coins or about 7 percent of the monetary gold. If the coins were roughly evenly distributed among the population, each person would have had between $2 and $3 in gold coins (c. 123 million population).

As Roosevelt confiscation order allowed each person to keep $100 in gold coins, he did not have to steal any coins held by the public. Between the Treasury and the Federal Reserve, he already had nearly all the gold. All he needed to do, and what he did do, was to violate the U.S. government’s, the Federal Reserve’s, and national banks’ contracts with the people by voiding the redemption clauses in the law and on the paper money.

Bailing out the Federal Reserve was not the primary reason that Roosevelt stole the people’s gold as Mr. Carr asserts. The primary reason was control. Roosevelt wanted to establish a fascist government. Gold prevented him from doing that. Gold protects the people from despotic governments and their central bank co-conspirators. Once he had stolen the people’s gold and outlawed their using it as money, he proceeded to convert the United States into a fascist state.

However, Roosevelt did greatly aid the bankers to do what bankers like to do most — inflate. He did this in three ways. First, he stole the gold that the people had entrusted to the U.S. government and let the Federal Reserve use it as part of its official reserves. Second, he redefined the dollar from 23.22 grains of gold to 13.71 grains, i.e., he devalued the dollar about 41 percent. Third, and most important, he removed the restraint of gold redemption.

Mr. Carr is correct about Roosevelt stealing the people’s gold to benefit the Federal Reserve by relieving it of its obligation to redeem its notes in gold. Roosevelt also relieved the U.S. government of its obligation to redeem its paper money. However, the biggest beneficiaries were the commercial banks, which were also relieved of their obligation to redeem their checkbook money in gold. They also received a slight benefit of not having to redeem their bank notes in gold.

However, Mr. Carr’s claim that Roosevelt stole the people’s gold to bailout the Federal Reserve is questionable. At least, he fails to prove his point. The monetary data that he uses is highly questionable. He needs to reevaluate his claim or prove it using more reliable and acceptable data presented by the Federal Reserve and U.S. Treasury. These data may be rigged as governments, and by extension their central banks, are notorious liars. (The post Federal Reserve statistics appear to be in line with pre Federal Reserve statistics.) Moreover, once banks were relieved of the obligation to redeem their money in gold, most, and certainly the Federal Reserve, did not need bailing out.

Mr. Carr is correct in identifying bank money as a major problem that led, at least in part, to Roosevelt’s theft of the people’s gold. However, he focuses on bank notes, federal reserve notes, instead of checkbook money. The latter was much more significant as it was 5.6 times greater than federal reserve notes in circulation.

Perhaps Mr. Carr or someone else may be able to sift through the voluminous data in Banking and Monetary Statistics, 1914-1941 and derive more accurate conclusions than I have.

The Great Depression

The Great Depression
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in original are omitted.]

An important aspect of World War I was that it had transferred enormous wealth to the international financiers while enslaving the American people. World War I was the cap stone of a process that began with the Great Depression to transfer massive amounts of wealth to the Illuminists and to convert the United States into a fascist country controlled by the Illuminists.

The most important actor in causing the Great Depression was the Bank of England, headed by Montagu Norman, who was called “the currency director of Europe,” in conjunction with the British government and the international financiers in the City of London. Benjamin Strong, the governor of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, was Norman’s chief American coconspirator in this endeavor. Strong had great influence over Andrew Mellon, Secretary of the Treasury for Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover. In Germany, Norman’s chief coconspirator was Hjalmar Schacht, Governor of the German Reichsbank and later Hitler’s Finance Minister.

In 1925, Montagu Norman, Hjalmar Schacht, and Charles Rist (deputy governor of the Bank of France) came to New York and met with Benjamin Strong. The purpose of this meeting was to inflate the money supply in the United States, which was done by lowering the interest rate in the United States. Norman returned in 1927 to promote once again inflation and speculation. Again the Federal Reserve System cut the interest rate. The 1928-1929 bull market resulted. In 1929, Norman visited Mellon in Washington. Soon after this visit, the Federal Reserve System abandoned its easy money policy, began raising interest rates, and contracting the money supply. Furthermore, to collapse the speculative bubble in the United States, the Bank of England began raising interest rates in Great Britain. The bubble burst.

The Illuminists put Franklin Roosevelt, who was a high degree Illuminist and a shrewd servant of the international financiers, into office in 1933 to do their bidding. They were through with President Herbert Hoover and wanted to replace him with Roosevelt. They wanted Roosevelt to bring fascism to the United States, which he did by building on and expanding programs that Hoover had started. Once in office, Roosevelt processed to complete the work begun by President Woodrow Wilson to reduce the American people to slavery under the crushing power of the international financiers.

The Illuminists created the Great Depression and used it to make Roosevelt President. The Great Depression started during Hoover’s first year as President. Between 1923 and 1929, the Federal Reserve System greatly expanded (inflated) the money supply. Then the bankers who controlled the Federal Reserve System started the Great Depression by greatly contracting the money supply. Although the Federal Reserve System could have alleviated much of the misery by expanding the money supply, which the law required it to do so, it did not. (If it had complied with the law, it would not have expanded the money supply during World War I and the 1920s.) When Roosevelt took office, the Federal Reserve System began expanding the money supply by creating money to buy government securities.

Congressman Louis McFadden, Chairman of the House Banking and Currency Committee, correctly explained the Great Depression, “It was not accidental. It was a carefully contrived occurrence. . . . The international bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so that they might emerge as the rulers of us all.”[1]

To ensure that Roosevelt would do their bidding, the Illuminist surrounded him with their agents. Among them were five communist agents: Alger Hiss, John Abt, Nathan Witt, Nathaniel Weyl, and Charles Kramer. Another agent was Stuart Chase, a Fabian, who believed in executing people who did not obey the government’s economic edits and who is credited with writing Roosevelt’s order stealing the gold owned by Americans.

Through Roosevelt and their other agents in his administration, the Illuminists destroyed most of what remained of the United States Constitution. One of the biggest achievements of the Illuminists was transferring legislative powers from Congress to “independent” presidentially controlled boards and commissions, which the Illuminists could more easily control than they could control Congress.

Another coup achieved by the Illuminists was to control that they gained over the States, universities, and farmers with federal aid and over business and labor unions with contract money. They also gained controlled over business, labor unions, farmers, and universities through new regulatory agencies. (Illuminists used these controls to prolong the Great Depression.) The success of this illuministic coup was guaranteed when Roosevelt appointed four Illuminists to the United States Supreme Court: Hugo Black, Felix Frankfurter, Stanley Reed, and William O. Douglas.

Once in office, Roosevelt raised taxes enormously. By greatly increasing public indebtedness, he transferred debt from the rich to the poor.

He outlawed gold as domestic money and forced Americans to exchange their gold for federal reserve notes. While Americans received $20.67 per ounce of gold that they were forced to sell to the Federal Reserve System, foreigners received $35.00 an ounce after Roosevelt devalued the dollar.

Claiming that he was going to bring prosperity, he greatly increased federal expenditures. Yet, he and the bankers knew that the Federal Reserved System, which they controlled, would not allow prosperity to return until the war that they wanted occurred. War was to the way to prosperity that they chose. Posing as the protector of the common man and as a great philanthropist, he gave the people insufferable debt and taxes.

The purpose and result of the Great Depression were (1) to punish the American people for not joining the League of Nations, (2) to increase greatly Illuminists’ control over business and finance in the United States, and (3) to bring about an enormously larger intrusive government. Illuminists who knew in advance that the international financiers were going to crash the stock market and economy, many lesser Illuminists lack this knowledge, sold their stock holdings early. Then, after the average stock price fell 90 percent, they bought blue chip companies far below their natural price. They were able to consolidate industries under their control.

Roosevelt prolonged the Great Depression to give the Rockefellers and other Illuminists more opportunity to buy stocks cheaply. It was also prolonged so that the United States government could usurp more power. The more people suffered, or perceived themselves suffering, the more willing they would be to sell their birthright and enslave themselves to the Illuminists, who controlled the United States government, for a morsel of security. The longer the misery lasted, the more willing the people would be to exchange their liberty for the security of slavery—though they would not perceive, or admit, that they were slaves.

With the Great Depression and World War II, Roosevelt crushed the American people under undreamed of federal control for the benefit of the Illuminists and their New World Order. He enslaved them for the Illuminists.

To transfer enormous amounts of wealth to the Rothschilds and other international financiers, the Bretton Woods pact was created. Its documents were made inviolable and placed beyond the reach of any government or court. It was exempted from taxation, so no government could levy taxes on any of its earnings. Furthermore, its officers and personnel were placed above the law in that they were immune from legal processes. Out of the Bretton Wood pact came the general agreement on tariffs and trade (GATT), which destroyed the British Empire and is now destroying the American empire.

More importantly than leading the United States into war, was Roosevelt’s deathblow to the Constitution. Roosevelt completed the work of converting the United States from a federal republic under common law to a fascist democratic state governed by bureaucratic fiat. Collective responsibility replaced individual responsibility.

China

China
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in the original are omitted.]

At the conclusion of World War II, Illuminists began building up China as the next world power that the Illuminists planned to use to initiate their third world war. This war would eradicate the Aryan people, or at least reduce them to such insignificance that the postwar mop up could eliminate the few remaining ones.

Some believe that the buildup of China was intended to be a counter balance to the Soviet Union. Illuminists of the West could use China to keep the Soviet Union in line if the Illuminists of the Soviet Union started acting too independently. This was the claim of the Establishment media, which Illuminists control. Even people not controlled by Illuminists thought such was the reason. However, the greatest transfer of wealth and technology to China occurred after the dismantlement of the Soviet Union and during the administration of President William Clinton, a Rhodes scholar and CFR member, and continued by President G.W. Bush, a member of Skull and Bones.

The United States’ war with Japan aided communist advancement in China. Before the war, Japan had not only halted communist expansion in China, but had caused it to retreat.

While Chiang Kai-shek’s army was trying to drive the Japanese from China, the Soviet backed Chinese Communist Party was capturing the territory to Chiang’s rear. By 1943, the Communists had gained controlled of northern China.

After Germany’s defeat, Japan sought peace. However, Harry Dexter White and other Soviet agents of Stalin persuaded Truman to continue the war and to destroy Japan as a power in the Far East. The war continued long enough to drop nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki (one of the few centers of Christian missionary work in the Far East) and for the Soviet Union to declare war on Japan. (For its two days of war against Japan, the Soviet Union received the Kurile Islands and South Sakhalin and control of the Manchuria railroad.)

Among the Far Eastern experts whose advise Roosevelt and Truman used to force Communism on China were Lauchlin Currie (confidential administrative assistant to the President, Roosevelt’s personal emissary to Chiang, a CFR member, and a spy for the Soviet Union), Gregory Silvermaster (a Jew, Communist, and Soviet agent), Michael Greenberg (a Jew and Communist), and Alger Hiss (a CFR member, Communist, Soviet agent, and spy).

Following World War II, Marshall aided Mao Tse-tung in bringing the Communists to power in China by stopping the supplies of fuel and munitions to Chiang Kai-shek and the Nationalist Chinese, who had been allies of the United Sates in the war against Japan. At this time Marshall was under Henry L. Stimson, Secretary of War and a member of the Skull and Bones.

Marshall went to China shortly after World War II and told Chiang that if he did not allow the Communists to enter his government, all American aid would cease. Chiang refused to allow the Communists into his government, and Marshall stopped the aid. After Congress directed that aid be sent to Chiang, the Truman administration prevented the aid from reaching him. Thus, the Communists forced the Nationalists to retreat to Twain. By 1949, the Communists held all mainland China.

Meanwhile, Lattimore, a Soviet agent, and other pro-Communist writers were writing books and articles supporting the Chinese Communists and condemning Chiang. Through book reviews, Lattimore and his procommunist colleagues stifled objective and anticommunist books on the Far East. Mainline magazines, such as the Saturday Evening Post and Colliers, glorified Mao and the Chinese Communist as “agrarian reformers.”

Once Mao gained controlled of China, he began in earnest to carry out his reign of terror. During the first five years of communist rule, Mao had 40 million people liquidated.[1] Husbands were separated from wives, and children, from parents. To destroy the individuality of children, the Communists replaced their names with numbers. Using terror and torture, Mao sought to eradicate all Christians and vestiges of Christianity from China.

The next great advancement for Communist China came in 1971. In 1971, President Richard Nixon appointed George H. W. Bush as United States Ambassador to the United Nations. Bush was a member of the Skull and Bones, Council on Foreign Relations, and Trilateral Commission and became the 41st President. Bush allowed the United Nations to expel the Republic of China (Twain) and to give its seat to Communist China. After faithfully fulfilling his duty to his fellow Illuminists, he resigned and became Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

The build up of China began in earnest during the administration of Ronald Reagan. Bechtel Corp., a privately owned firm, was the company that the Illuminists used to spearhead the reconstruction of China. Among Bechtel’s employees were Richard Helms (Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, CFR member), George Shultz (Secretary of State), and Casper Weinberger (Secretary of Defense). Shultz was the president of Bechtel, and Weinberger was the vice-president and general counsel.

With the Clinton administration, the buildup of China accelerated with the transfer of advance military technology to China. The United States special forces trained Chinese special forces in tactics that could be used in an invasion of Taiwan. The United States intensified its campaign to demoralize the Taiwanese and the surrender of Taiwan to China.

Soviet Union Part 3

Soviet Union Part 3
Soviet Union Becomes a World Power
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in original are omitted.]

An important result of World War II was the rise of the Soviet Union as a world power. The conflict between autocratic fascism and Communism ended and was replaced with the Cold War, conflict between democratic fascism and Communism.

World War II gave the United States an excellent opportunity and excuse to build up the Soviet Union. The United States gave the Soviet Union top priority in receiving supplies. “One-third of Lend-Lease shipments to Russia comprised industrial supplies for postwar reconstruction.”[1] Supplies under Lend-Lease program continued to flow into the Soviet Union until the end of 1946. (If the primary purpose of supplying the Soviet Union had been the defeat of Hitler instead of expanding the power base of Communism, little or none of the supplies would have been for post war reconstruction, and the shipments would have ended by early 1945 when the defeat of Germany was certain.) More than $11 billion (about $105 billion in 2000 dollars) in aid were given the Soviet Union under the Lend-Lease program. In spite of damages caused by the war, the Soviet Union ended World War II with greater industrial capacity than it had in 1940—primarily due to Lend-Lease, reparations, and conquest.

The Lend-Lease Plan had greatly increased the wealth of the Soviet Union and its ability to manufacture war-related materiels. Lend-Lease built the Soviet war machine. The United States also gave the Soviet Union the material necessary to build an atomic bomb. President Roosevelt’s close advisor, Harry Hopkins, who was in charge of Lend-Lease and a Soviet agent, approved the shipment. “Before the United States had itself assembled the first atomic bomb, half of all American uranium and the technical information needed to construct a bomb were sent to Russia.”[2] Toward the end of the war, Harry Dexter White, Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury, gave the Soviet Union plates to print United States German occupation money, which was redeemable by the United States Treasury, to pay for its occupation of East Germany.

To continue aiding the Soviet Union following the war, David Rockefeller for the Council on Foreign Relations conceived what became the Marshall Plan to reconstruct Europe. It was promoted as a plan to save democracy in Europe. John J. McCloy (CFR member) was its chief architect. W. Averell Harriman (CFR member) was appointed head of the Marshall Plan. Furthermore, the Soviet Union was a benefactor of American foreign aid, having received more than $186 million between 1947 and 1970.

Communism and the Soviet Union came out of the war more powerful than ever. Roosevelt and Churchill, both of whom were Freemasons, gave Stalin, a Freemason, and the Communists most of eastern Europe, including Poland. (The war was started ostensibly to free Poland.) In addition to annexing a large portion of Poland, the Soviet Union had annexed Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, part of Finland, and Bessarabia from Rumania. It had puppet governments in East Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Rumania, Bulgaria, and Albania. In Asia, Manchuria and North Korea were turned over to the Communists.

Soviet agents Alger Hiss, Harry Dexter White and Owen Lattimore lobbied heavily and successfully for Stalin’s goals in both the Roosevelt and Truman administrations. White and Hiss gained control of the positions that controlled the United State’s foreign policy. They had access to top secret documents. They also gave Stalin intelligence.

Fortunately for Germany, Roosevelt balked at implementing the Morgenthau-White Plan, which Stalin favored. Baruch, a spokesman for Jewry, thought the Plan was too soft. Roosevelt blocked the Plan, which he had favored, not because he cared for the Germans or abhorred Communism, but because he feared a public backlash. Furthermore, Truman, who did not like the Plan, became president just before Germany surrendered. Truman was part of the faction of the Roosevelt administration that wanted to rebuild Germany as a check against the Soviet Union. The major backers of the Plan, Morgenthau, resigned after Truman became president.

The purpose of the Morgenthau-White Plan was to destroy Germany’s industrial base and turn Germany into a pastoral communist country. Germany would be made an agricultural country with much of its population starving to death. It required Germany to pay reparation by surrendering “German material resources, German human resources and German territory.”[3] Three essential components of the Plan were (1) the arresting and executing of many Germans without trial, (2) giving millions of Germans who had collaborated with Hitler’s regime to the Soviet Union for unconditional use as slave labor, and (3) returning to the Soviet Union all refugees who had fled the Soviet Union.

Although the Morgenthau-White Plan had been rejected, it was, nevertheless, partially implemented. The Soviets dismantled and carried to Russia much of Germany’s industrial equipment. Much that was not taken was destroyed. The Soviets also transported a large number of Germans to the Soviet Union to perish in slave labor camps.

General Dwight Eisenhower did his part to carry out the Morgenthau-White Plan for Stalin. He ordered forced repatriation of thousands of people who had fled Stalin’s regime. These people faced certain death by execution or in slave labor camps.

The Morgenthau-White Plan, which Communists and Soviet agents in the United States Treasury Department had drawn up, achieved two goals. First, it satisfied unrelenting Jewish vengeance against the German people, whom Jews held guilty for Hitler’s crimes against Jews. (Jews imposed collective guilt on the Germans while opposing fervently imposing collective guilt on Jews.) Second, it enabled the Soviet Union to bring Communism to the heart of Europe.

With the aid of Eisenhower, the Illuminists created a situation that turned Berlin into a foreign policy distraction that would last for decades. Eisenhower stopped the United States Army from taking Berlin. At the Tehran Conference in 1943, Roosevelt, Stalin, and Churchill seemed to have agreed to let the United States capture and occupy Berlin. Yet 17 months later, the Soviet Union was allowed to occupy Berlin. In the closing days of the war, the U.S. Ninth Army could have easily captured Berlin, probably without firing a shoot. (The only impediment that it faced was German refugees fleeing the Soviets.) When the Ninth Army was within hours of taking Berlin, Eisenhower ordered it to halt. Furthermore, when Patton was on the verge of taking Prague and the last remnant of the Germany army, Eisenhower ordered him not to accept the surrender of the Germany army but to contain it until the Soviets arrived. When the Germans surrendered to the Soviets, Eisenhower ordered Patton to withdraw from Czechoslovakia, thus, giving it to the Soviets.

Initially, Eisenhower took credit for these decisions before the public learned the horrible consequences of them and before he decided to run for President. He later denied responsibility and blamed Roosevelt and Truman. (He was merely a soldier obeying the orders of his superiors.) Nevertheless, Eisenhower seemed to be more responsible for these decisions than either President. According to Field-Marshal Lord Alanbrooke, Eisenhower frequently communicated with Stalin in the closing days of the war. He often informed Stalin of his decisions and actions before he told his own superiors.

Another important actor behind the decision to place Berlin in the Soviet Union’s zone of occupation without a guaranteed access route was George F. Kennan (CFR member). He had persuaded Roosevelt to accept this arrangement. (Roosevelt initially wanted Berlin placed in the zone controlled by the United State.)

Smoot gives three possible explanations for this crazy Berlin arrangement:
(1) the Americans who set up the Berlin arrangement—which means, specifically George F. Kennan and Philip E. Mosely, representing the Council on Foreign Relations—were ignorant fools; or
(2) they wanted to make Berlin a powder keg which the Soviets could use, at will, to intimidate the West; or
(3) they wanted a permanent, ready source of war which the United States government could use, at any time, to salvage its own international policies from criticism at home, by scaring the American people into “buckling down” and “tightening up” for “unity” behind our “courageous President” who is “calling the Kremlin bluff” by spending to prepare this nation for all-out war, if necessary, to “defend the interests of the free-world” in Berlin.[4]
As the members of the Council on Foreign Relations are not ignorant fools, explanation one can be eliminated. As the Council on Foreign Relations does not serve the interests of the Soviet Union, except to the extent those interests serve the Council on Foreign Relations, explanation two can be eliminated. The answer is explanation three. Illuminists could now use Berlin to gain control over the American people.

“Long, long ago, King Henry of England told Prince Hal that the way to run a country and keep the people from being too critical of how you run it, is to busy giddy minds with foreign quarrels.”[5]

Soviet Union Part 2

Soviet Union Part 2
Supporting the Communists After the Revolution

Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in original are omitted.]

Once the Communists consolidated control of Russia, Illuminists of the West began building up the Soviet Union. Following the Bolsheviks capture of Russia, Western banks continued their financial aid. Western industrial magnates came forth to rebuild Russian industry.

To aid in the exploitation of Russia, the American League to Aid and Cooperative with Russia was established in 1918. Dr. Frank J. Goodnow (president of John Hopkins University) was its president. William Boyce Thompson, Oscar S. Straus, James Duncan, and Frederick C. Howe were vice-presidents. George P. Whalen (vice-president of Vacuum Oil Co.) was its treasurer. Representing Congress were Senators William Borah, William N. Calder, Robert L. Owen (chairman of the Banking and Currency Committee), and John S. Williams (Foreign Relations Committee) and Representatives Henry R. Cooper and Henry D. Flood (chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee). Representing business were Henry Ford (Ford Motor Co.), Charles A. Coffin (chairman of General Electric Co.), M.A. Oudin (foreign manager of General Electric Co.), and Daniel Willard (president of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad). Mrs. Raymond Robins (involved with the Soviet Bureau), Henry L. Slobodin (a socialist), and Lincoln Steffens (a Communists) represented the revolutionary element.

The League approved:
a program that emphasized the establishment of an official Russian division in the U.S. government “directed by strong men.” This division would enlist the aid of universities, scientific organizations, and other institutions to study the “Russian question,” would coordinate and unite organizations within the United States “for the safeguarding of Russia,” would arrange for a “special intelligence committee for the investigation of the Russian matter,” and, generally, would itself study and investigate what was deemed to be the “Russian question.”[1]
It also endorsed President Wilson’s message to the Soviet congress in Moscow. The League lobbied the United States government to support the Bolshevik regime.

To keep the Bolsheviks in power, Chase National Bank established the American-Russia Chamber of Commerce in 1922. Reeve Schley, a vice-president of Chase National Bank, became its president. The Chamber worked to finance the Soviet Union export and import businesses.

The first American to receive a trading concession from the new Soviet Union was Armand Hammer, who has been called “the Godfather of American corporate corruption.”[2] He began rehabilitating the mines of the Soviet Union and exporting ore to the United States. In 1923 Allied American Corp. was organized to promote trade between the Soviet Union and the United States. Armand Hammer was the corporation’s secretary. His father, Julius Hammer, was its president, and his brother, Victor Hammer, was a director. It represented 38 American firms. The Soviet Union financed it, and its profits were divided equally between the Hammers and the Soviet government. Armand Hammer later acquired a monopoly over pencil and stationery manufacturing in the Soviet Union.

In 1925, Chase National Bank and Equitable Trust Co. worked out a deal with the Soviets to finance the Soviet Union’s raw material exports and its imports of cotton and machinery from the United States.

International Barnsdall Corp., Lucey Manufacturing Co., and others rebuilt the oil fields of the Caucasus in the 1920s. Barnsdall Corp. owned 75 percent of International Barnsdall Corp.; H. Mason Day owned the other 25 percent. Matthew C. Brush, a 32nd degree Freemason, was president of International Barnsdall Corp. W. A. Harriman; Lee, Higginson and Co.; and Guaranty Trust Co. owned Barnsdall Corp. Eugene W. Stetson, vice-president of Guaranty Trust Co., represented Guaranty Trust Co.’s interest. Frederick W. Allen, a member of the Skull and Bones, represented Lee, Higginson and Co.’s interest.

After the Soviets promised to give Standard Oil of New Jersey, a Rockefeller company, half the oil production of the Caucasus, Standard Oil built a refinery in 1927 in the Soviet Union. The Rockefellers also profited further from the Russian oil through Vacuum Oil, another Rockefeller company. Vacuum Oil had the contract to sell Russian oil in Europe. In 1935, when Stalin expropriated many foreign investments in Russia, he did not bother Standard Oil.

Harriman was also instrumental in rebuilding Russia’s manganese industry. For this purpose, he formed the Georgian Manganese Co. in 1923 with Brush as chairman. Later the Soviet government “expropriated” Harriman’s manganese operation and gave him Soviet bonds as compensation.

During the 1920s, Guaranty Trust Co., International Harvester Co., New York Life, and Vacuum Oil were the primary companies doing business with the Soviets. J. P. Morgan, Jr. and John D. Rockefeller had controlling interest in these firms.

In 1922, Herbert Hoover, as Secretary of Commerce and a Rothschild agent, worked with Guaranty Trust Co. to form a partnership with the State Bank in Moscow. The resulting partnership led to the formation of the first Soviet international bank, Ruskombank (Russian Commercial Bank) in 1922. Aschberg was its head. Max May, a vice-president of Guaranty Trust Co., became the head of its foreign department. (May, a close friend of Aschberg, was associated with the Bolshevik Revolution and German espionage during World War I.[3]) Making up its board of directors were representatives of American, German, and Swedish banks, plus Soviet officials and czarist private banks. The major source of capital for Ruskombank came from Great Britain. In return, the Soviet government granted the foreign banking consortium that backed Ruskombank extensive concessions in Russia. Ruskombank’s primary function was facilitating the Soviet Union’s foreign trade, securing loans in foreign countries for the Soviet Union, and bringing foreign capital into the Soviet Union. Guaranty Trust Co. was its representative in the United States. In 1924, Ruskombank became part of the Soviet foreign-trade commissariat, and Aschberg was dismissed.

Many other American companies helped to build and maintain the Soviet Union during the 1930s and 1940s. General Electric built a large turbine manufacturing plant. Universal Oil Products, Badger Corp., Lummus Co., and Kelly Co. built petroleum refineries. United Engineering and Foundry Co. built a steel rolling mill, and Tube Reducing Co. built a tube mill. Radio Corp. of America provided technology and equipment to update and expand radio communication. Ford Motor Co., A.J. Brandt Co., Austin Co., and General Electric built the Soviet truck manufacturing industry. Among the firms providing the Soviet Union machine tools were TRW, Inc. (steering linkages), U.S. Industries (presses), Gleason Works (gear-cutting and heat-treating equipment), New Britain Machine Co. (automatic lathes), Lake Erie Engineering Corp. (hydraulic presses to form metal aircraft sections), Birdsboro Steel Foundry and Machine Co. (hydraulic presses for aircraft manufacturing), and Wallace Supplies Manufacturing Co. (bending machines). Hercules Powder Co. provided technical assistance needed to produce the components of explosives. Nitrogen Engineering Corp. gave the Soviet Union synthetic nitrogen technology, which could be used to make fertilizer or explosives. Du Pont provided nitric acid plants (nitric acid is used in manufacturing munitions). Glenn L. Martin Co. designed a bomber for the Soviets. Seversky Aircraft Corp. furnished the technology and plants needed to build amphibian aircraft. This company also designed and sold the Soviet Union bombers that were superior to any existing at that time. Other aircraft companies involved in building up the Soviet air force in the 1930s were Vultee Aircraft Division of Aviation Manufacturing Corp., which built a fighter aircraft plant, and Douglas Aircraft Co., which provided the technology for the Soviet’s transport aircraft. Standard Oil of New York supplied the designs and technology needed to build a sulfuric acid alkylation plant, which is used as an octane booster in gasoline and in making aviation lubricating oils.

The Germans were also important actors in building up the Soviet Union. In the early 1920s and late 1930s, Germany provided the Soviet Union with both armaments and training. Germany built factories in the Soviet Union to produce aircraft, artillery, and other war materiel. (These factories would later produce weapons that the Soviets would use against the Germans during World War II until massive supplies began arriving from the United States.)

When Lenin died, most people expected Trotsky to succeed him. However, violent disagreement between Trotsky and Stalin erupted. Stalin wanted to make the Soviet Union a strong socialist country before exporting the communist revolutions abroad. Trotsky argued that the Bolshevik Revolution could only survive if it were immediately exported to other countries. Trotsky wanted “permanent revolution.” Stalin wanted “socialism in one country” first. Thus, occurred the struggle between two great communist strategies. “Trotsky the cosmopolitan, messianic, Jewish figure-head, set against Stalin, the Asiatic, the man of steel, the cold, implacable agent of Soviet imperialism.”[4] Stalin eventually prevailed. Trotsky fled Russia and was assassinated in 1940. Stalin went on to kill the remaining Bolsheviks of the old guard and to oppress Jews in the Soviet Union. (Thus, like most other people of the Soviet Union, Jews without influence were now worse off than they were under the Czars.)

In 1933, when the Soviet Union seemed to be on the verge of failing, Franklin Roosevelt gave it a major political victory by giving it diplomatic recognition. This diplomatic recognition brought greater access to money and credit.

The Communist remained in power in Soviet Union only because of continuous funds from Western banks and Western governments. Among the Western Banks financing the Soviet Union and Communism were Chase National Bank, Guaranty Trust Co., and Kuhn, Loeb and Co. Western banks financed Stalin’s Five Year Plans. The true headquarters of Communism was, and remains, in New York City.

The Soviet Union was a fiction established by the Illuminists, financed by their banks, built and maintained by their multinational corporations, and supported by the American taxpayer. Its purpose was to loot the Romanovs, the Russian people, and other nations of the Russian Empire. It also facilitated illuministic control of the West, especially the United States during the Cold War. Illuminism feeds on war. The Soviet Union served the vital purpose of instigating and supplying wars across the planet. (The United States usually supplied and controlled the other side to ensure that it would not defeat the Communists.) Thus, the people of the West were given a common enemy although the Illuminists controlled the governments of the West and the Soviet Union. Constant strife caused people in the West to live in fear of a conflict escalating into war. This psychological stress conditioned many to enslave themselves freely for world peace. Furthermore, the threat of war with the Soviet Union transferred enormous wealth to the Illuminists as the West continuously prepared for war with Communism and the Soviet Union. It led to pessimism, despair, and hopelessness, which led to a declining Aryan birthrate. (Now the Aryan birthrate is below the replacement rate; thus, the Aryan people are on their way to extinction—the ultimate goal of Illuminism.) The existence of the Soviet Union eased the movement of the West toward socialism and statism in the name of fighting Communism. People were tricked into surrendering their liberties to the state to defeat Communism. The Bolshevik revolution, Communism, and the Soviet Union were a charade to increase the power and wealth of the Illuminists.

World War II

World War II
Thomas Allen

[Editor’s note: Footnotes in the original are omitted.]

Through their international banks and multinational corporations, the Illuminists had prepared Germany and Hitler for the upcoming war. The Illuminists wanted a world war among the Aryan people, and they wanted it to last long enough to slaughter tens of millions as sacrifices to Lucifer. They wanted war to scare the American people into accepting world government to prevent such a war from occurring in the future. They had brought Hitler to power in Germany so that he would lead Germany to war and bring about another world war that would lead to the establishment of world government. Consequently, British and American bankers, industrials, and politicians supported Hitter up to and, in some cases, through World War II.

To provide Germany with funds necessary for war, the Illuminists had to end the crippling debt that they had forced on Germany. To end the debt payments, they got Hoover elected President. Paul and Felix Warburg financed much of Hoover’s campaign for the presidency. They were acting on behalf of Kuhn, Loeb and Co., J&W Seligman Co., and J. Henry Schroder Banking Co. They put Hoover in office so that he could place a moratorium on German war debts, which he did in 1931. The purpose of the debt moratorium was to intend not to help Germany, but to provide Germany money for rearming.

After Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, Illuminists in the British government began pushing for war with Germany. Jewish Illuminists also began planning a war against Germany. (Jews saw war as the means to achieve two of their goals, which Emil Ludwig, a German Jewish writer, described as “socialism as the national expedient, and the United States of Europe as the international policy.”[1])

To entice Hitler into war, he was allowed to occupy the Rhineland and Sudetenland of Czechoslovakia. (The illuministic Round Table Group prevented the British government from stopping Hitler’s annexation of the Rhineland and Sudetenland.) France had provoked Hitler into occupying the Rhineland. Under the Treaty of Locarno, the Rhineland was to remain free of Germany troops. By remilitarizing the Rhineland in 1936, Hitler violated the treaty. However, France had violated the treaty earlier in 1936 when it ratified a military pact with the Soviet Union. This pact violated the Treaty of Locarno. Czechoslovakia also violated the Treaty of Locarno when it entered into a military pact with the Soviet Union. After this violation, Hitler occupied the Sudetenland while the British Round Table Group supported and encouraged his occupation. His occupation of the Rhineland and Sudetenland were unopposed. Neville Chamberlain went as far as to sign a pact with Hitler in 1938. So, Hitler thought that he would receive no opposition to his invasion of Poland.

Hitler believed that Communism was a conspiracy of the Jewish international bankers to enslave mankind to maintain their credit monopoly. He saw Communism as a great threat to mankind and wanted an alliance with Great Britain to oppose the Soviet Union. Apparently, he failed to realize that Great Britain and the Soviet Union were controlled by the same people—who were the same people that had brought him to power. When Great Britain refused an alliance with Germany against the Soviet Union, Hitler made a pact with Stalin.

Further to entice Germany into war, Stalin signed a nonaggression pact with Hitler. A week later Hitler invaded Poland, and World War II began. Two days later Stalin also invaded Poland. Yet Great Britain, which had a treaty with Poland to defend it from all European aggressors, only declared war on Germany in the name of defending Poland. (If Great Britain and France went to war to defend the integrity of Poland, would they have not also declared war on the Soviet Union? Since they did not declare war on the Soviet Union, they must have gone to war for some reason other than defending Poland.) Playing on Hitler’s lust for power and territory, Illuminist maneuvered him into war. Provoking Hitler to war was easy, for he glorified war.

A necessary ingredient in the war was to convince France to carry the brunt of the war against Germany. To trick France into war for which it was ill prepared, the Illuminists employed enormous deceit. France was convinced that a highly armed Great Britain and the United States backed it and that Hitler’s regime would collapse within days of a war. All the time, the Illuminists knew that France would suffer great losses in the war and might even be conquered by Germany for a while.

Moreover, to encourage Germany to go to war, Polish troops fired on German border guards, and the Polish government claimed that it was marching on Berlin. As a result, Hitler attacked Poland. After invading Poland, Hitler offered peace to Great Britain and France. His only condition was that they not interfere with his expansion to the east. The Illuminists that controlled them wanted war, so they chose war over peace. Mandel, Paul Reynaud, and Maurice de Rothschild led the war faction in France. In Great Britain the principal leaders of the war faction included Winston Churchill and Rothschild.

When war broke out, the Illuminists protected their beloved communist state, the Soviet Union. They made sure that Hitler sent his army west against the Christian countries instead of east against the Soviet Union. (Hitler did not attack the Soviet Union until the war was well under way—and then only after Stalin was massing his troops along his western border in preparation to invade Germany.) They prevented the West from declaring war on the Soviet Union, which was Hitler’s ally at the beginning of the war. The Illuminists also ensured that the Soviet Union was well supplied. Their objective was the advancement of Communism (Illuminism), which was controlled from New York, not Moscow. After World War II broke out in Europe, the next step was to bring the United States into the war against Germany. To accomplish this goal, the British Secret Intelligence Service set up an illegal unit, the British Security Coordination, in the United States to bring Americans into the war against Germany. In charge was Sir William Stephenson. Assisting the British in this project was John D. Rockefeller, Jr.

Through front groups, such as Fight for Freedom, and newspapers and radio networks that it subsidized, the British Security Coordination smeared and demonized people who wanted the United States to stay out of the war and praised and supported people who wanted the United States to enter the war. It collaborated with Franklin Roosevelt and the Jewish community to bring the United States into the war. Working with Fight for Freedom and British Security Coordination to push the United States into the war were the New York Post (owned by Dorothy Schiff, a Jew), New York Times (owned by A.H. Sulzberger, a Jew, CFR member), PM (a New York Communist paper), Baltimore Sun, and the Jewish Telegraph Agency. Columnists who support the British Security Coordination by smearing Americans who opposed the United States going to war included Walter Lippman, Drew Pearson, Dorothy Thompson, and Walter Winchell (a Jew).

To ensure that a Republican president would not interfere with the British plans for the United States warring against Germany, British Security Coordination rigged the Republican convention and got Wendell Willkie nominated as the Republican presidential candidate for the 1940 election. As late as 1939, Willkie had been a Democrat. As Willkie was a pro-war candidate, he ensured that many antiwar electors would not vote. Thus, Roosevelt would win his third term. After he lost the election, Willkie became an executive for Fight for Freedom and an unofficial envoy for Roosevelt.

However, Hitler had no intentions of involving the United States in the war, and a vast majority (80 to 88 percent) of Americans opposed the United States entering the war—although most Jews wanted war with Germany. Try as they may, the Illuminists could not provoke Germany into attacking the United States or inflame the American people with the desire to war against Germany. (When in the summer of 1941 President Roosevelt ordered United States destroyers to attack German submarines, Hitler ordered his submarines not to fight back.) The solution was to provoke Japan to attack the United States.

To provoke Japan to attack, Roosevelt froze Japanese assets. He refused a visit from the Japanese Prime Minister, Prince Konoye. (This rebuff led to the fall of Prince Konoye, who wanted peace with the United States, and his cabinet and the rise of General Tojo and his military dictatorship.) He closed the Panama Canal to Japanese ships. An oil embargo was placed on Japan (the United States provided more than 90 percent of Japan’s oil) while United States ships violated Japanese waters transporting oil to the Soviet Union. The government seized major Japanese assets in the United States. He approved the recruitment of American “volunteers” (the “Flying Tigers”) to fight for Chiang Kai-Shek against Japan. To dare Japan to attack, Roosevelt ordered United States warships into Japanese territorial waters. He even threatened military action if Japan did not change its Pacific policy.

To entice Japan to attack, Roosevelt moved the United States fleet from the West Coast to Hawaii. Pearl Harbor was difficult to defend because it could be effectively attacked from any direction. (Several days before the attack, the aircraft carriers and the most modern ships were ordered to leave Pearl Harbor. Thus, most modern ships were saved, and the old World War I vintage ships that remained were left even more vulnerable to attack.) With the fleet in Pearl Harbor and a large number of troops in the Philippines, Roosevelt boxed in Japan. If Japan wanted the oil fields in Indonesia, which it needed to fuel its armed forces and industry, it had no choice but to attack Pearl Harbor.

To reduce the chances of the commanders at Pearl Harbor discovering the Japanese fleet, they were provided only a third of the aircraft needed for adequate reconnaissance.
Furthermore, intelligence directed them to concentrate to the southwest, away from the actual direction of the attack. To ensure further that the planned surprise attack would not be discovered and Pearl Harbor warned, the United States Navy forbade United States and allied shipping in the North Pacific about an hour after the Japanese fleet left port for Hawaii.

President Roosevelt, Bernard Baruch (presidential advisor), Cordell Hull (Secretary of State), Henry Stimson (Secretary of War, a member of Skull and Bones and CFR), General George Marshall (Chief of Staff and a Freemason), and Admiral Harold Stark (Chief of Naval Operations and CFR member) knew of the Japanese plan to attack Pearl Harbor. Yet they did nothing to warn the American commanders at Pearl Harbor. They feared that if they sent a warning, Japan would cancel the attack and war would be averted. War was the goal. So Roosevelt deliberately sacrificed American soldiers, sailors, and marines to force the United States into a war that most Americans did not want. The conspiracy worked. The United States entered World War II. (Roosevelt had worked closely with and had relied heavily on the British Secret Intelligence Service to bring the United States into World War II.)

(In 1940, the United States government had broken the Japanese code. It knew about the intelligence that the Japanese consulate in Honolulu was sending Japan. It also knew about the Japanese fleet movement toward Hawaii. [At a secret press briefing held on November 25, 1941, General Marshall told selected news reporters that “the United States is on the brink of war with the Japanese”[2] He predicted an attack sometime during the first ten days of December.] Furthermore, shortly before Japan hit Pearl Harbor, Churchill informed Roosevelt that the Japanese fleet was heading to Pearl Harbor with the intent of attacking it on December 7. Churchill’s information came from British agents in the Japanese military and foreign services and from Japanese messages that the British had decoded. Later Churchill wrote that Roosevelt and his top advisors “knew the full and immediate purpose of their enemy,”[3] i.e., Japan’s intent to attack Pearl Harbor. Likewise, the Soviet Union had learned of the forth coming attack from its spy in Japan and gave this information to the United States government. The Dutch also warned Marshal a few days before the attack that the Japanese fleet was close to Pearl Harbor. The day before the attack, the United States Naval Intelligence had spotted the Japanese fleet 400 miles northwest of Honolulu; Pearl Harbor was not notified of the sighting.)

Four days after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, Germany declared war on the United States. Probably the deciding factor for Hitler’s declaration of war was “Rainbow Five.” Rainbow Five was the United States’ plan for war against Germany, which leaked out just before the Battle of Pearl Harbor. Roosevelt had arranged for this plan to leak out in hope that it would provoke Hitler to declare war against the United States.

Like all major, and most minor, conflicts, the Illuminists supported, and thereby had a great deal of control over, both sides in the conflict. Many major United States corporations, of which nearly all were (and still are) controlled by Illuminists, supplied both sides at the beginning of World War II.

Finally, the Allies invaded Italy. They quickly conquered most of Italy, but Roosevelt stopped the Allied advancement within a few hundred miles of Germany’s southern border. The Allied army in Italy was broken up and redeployed. The official reason was to prepare for the Normandy invasion, which would not happen for another nine months. The actual result was prolonging the war. Prolonging the war cost millions more Aryans their lives, and transferred billions more to the coffers of the international bankers and corporations supplying the war machine. It also gave the Soviet Union time to drive the Germans from Russia, which it needed to do before it could occupy Eastern Europe. (Churchill wanted to continue the southern invasion and move into the Balkans, which would have kept those countries out of Stalin’s hands. Roosevelt wanted to invade Normandy. Stalin also advocated an invasion of northern France.) Once the Allies invaded Normandy, Eisenhower held back the Western front as much as he could to give Stalin time to consolidate his position in the east. More often than not, military decisions were made to give long-range political advantage to the Communists and the Soviet Union instead of making them based on tactical needs or to take advantage of the enemy’s weaknesses.

Contrary to the claims of apologists for Roosevelt, Roosevelt did not go to war to end totalitarianism or to revenge the victims of concentration camps. His support of the Soviet Union proves these were not his reasons. Stalin’s regime was far more brutal than Hitler’s, and Stalin killed far more people. Roosevelt went to war to bring about a world government and the concomitant New World Order.

If Roosevelt, and his advisors, Baruch and Morgenthau, had accepted offers from high ranking German military officers, the war with Germany would have ended in 1943, at least on the western front, and hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved. However, at this time Germany had not been completely destroyed, and the Soviet Union had not penetrated Central Europe. Furthermore, the United States government had not acquired enough debt to satisfied the Illuminists. The Illuminists had to prolong the war to kill more Aryans, to advance Communism, and to complete their debt enslavement of Americans.

World War II was another splendid sacrifice on the altar of Lucifer. When it ended, more than 100 million people had perished. Many of these people died of bombings of residential areas that had no real military value. Housing of workers were preferred targets because they were small and compact. Again the British led the way in barbaric warfare as strategic bombing of civilian housing became part of the British war plan months before the Germans adopted this strategy in retaliation. Among the most savoring offerings were the fire bombings of Dresden and Cologne, which sent more than a hundred thousand innocent children and women up in smoke.

The war also served the Illuminists by silencing Americans who wanted to preserve the traditional American foreign policy that began with Washington of not getting involved in foreign disputes. Anyone who spoke in favor of America’s traditional foreign policy was branded a fascist or Nazi during the war and even afterwards. (Anyone who openly supported American traditional foreign policy during the war risk prosecution for sedition.) After the war, these American traditionalists were smeared as “isolationists” and blamed for the war. (The implication being that if the United States had gone to war against Japan and Germany sooner, there would have been no war.) After World War II, the United States abandoned America’s traditional foreign policy and have since being meddling in the affairs of nearly every, if not every, country on the planet. American troops are scattered across the planet as the United States have been involved in most conflicts that have occurred since the end of World War II.

Despite what the establishment history books claimed to be the causes and purposes of the two world wars of the twentieth century, their basic goal was to destroy as much of Christendom and the Aryan race as possible. This goal they achieved remarkably well.

When the American army entered Germany after the end of the war, one of its first tasks was to reestablish the Masonic lodges. The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and later the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) financed the reestablishment of these Masonic lodges.

What saved (postponed) the United States from entering into an illuministic one world government following World War I was knowledge of the objectives and schemes of the Illuminists. The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Rockefeller Foundation were determined that this error would not be repeated following World War II. They were determined to prevent close examination of official statements and propaganda. Roosevelt’s war measures and policies were not to be critically analyzed. They were to remain secret. In this endeavor, the Illuminists were, and still are, highly successful.

A result of World War II was the achievement of one of the great goals of the Illuminists —the establishment of the United Nations. The charter of the United Nation embodied the essence of Illuminism. It is, as S. de Madariaga, a Spanish liberal, wrote, “in the main a translation of the Russian system into an international idiom and its adaptation to an international community.”[4] The United Nations has served as the hub around which Illuminists have been building the world government for their New World Order.

During the war, the illuministic Council on Foreign Relations gained control of the United States government. Through the Council on Foreign Relations and its control of the government, the Illuminists could now implement their program to destroy the United States. Smoot summaries this program of destruction:
(1) the redistribution to other nations of the great United States reserve of gold which made our dollar the strongest currency in the world;
(2) the building up of the industrial capacity of other nations, at our expense, thus eliminating our pre-eminent productive superiority;
(3) the taking away of world markets from the United States producers (and even much of their domestic market) until capitalistic America will no longer dominate world trade;
(4) the entwining of American affairs—economic, political, social, educational, and even religious—with those of other nations until the United States will no longer have an independent policy, either domestic or foreign. . . .[5]
These goals have been mostly accomplished.
